Namji was just heading to the after school as usual. But she got hungry on her way so she decided to go to a bakery.

Namji entered a bakery shop and ordered something when she just watched the people walk by outside.

After she paid for her food, she went out. She spotted a woman walking in front of her very slowly holding grocery bags.

She fell and Namji quickly ran to help her.

Namji: Are you ok ma'am?

She asked while picking up her stuff but the lady didn't respond. Namji looked up and surprisingly saw her crying.

Namji: M-ma'am are you alright??? Are you hurt??

She shook her head. Namji figured out that she was somehow emotionally hurt. After she helped her, she brought her to a nearby cafe.

Lady: Thank you for helping me young girl. I feel embarrassed for behaving like this in public.

Namji: It's totally fine ma'am. Everyone can have a bad day.

Lady: *smiles* Call me Ms Wang, dear.

Namji returned a smile and nodded.

Namji: Are you....ok now Ms Wang?

Ms Wang's smile faded as she took a deep breath.

Ms Wang: Family problems. I just experienced the worst betrayal in my life. And I'm starting to doubt myself about not being a good wife and mother.

Namji: Why would you think that?

Ms Wang: I don't even know myself. I don't understand why my husband kept such a big secret from me, his wife.

Namji listened to every single one of her word.

Ms Wang: So then I thought, that maybe I was never a good wife to him. Even my daughter has a closer relationship to her dad. I know I always scold her but I'm doing it for her. I've never heard her say 'I love you mom.' or just hug me whenever I needed one. I love them but I'm ashamed to show myself to my own family. And it still hurts me cause of what my husband has done. I'm helpless.

Namji took her hands that made Ms Wang look at her.

Namji: I'm sure it's not what you think Ms Wang. I've been through the same. But I suggest you to meet them and hear what they have to say first. Sometimes, we meet the heavy obstacles in life and some of them are gonna hurt really bad. But that's life and it's okay. It's better to leave the past behind because something better awaits in the future.

Ms Wang felt the warmth that she was receiving and the weight on her shoulders lighted thanks to her.

Ms Wang: You're so kind Namji. I'm sure your mother is really proud that you could help people.

Namji: I think so too....Ms Wang to make you feel even better, I'll pretend to be your daughter for a second.

Namji suggested and Ms Wang raised her eyebrows in curiosity.

Namji: Mom, I love you. You're doing great.

A smile slowly formed on Ms Wang's face and she felt herself tearing up.

Ms Wang:  I love you too dear and thank you.
