Namji: Mmm this is so good~
Namji chimed while she chewed on her bread in happiness.
Soobin: It's my favorite place here.
Namji: You should take me here more often!
She said as she took another big bite. She looked up to give him a big smile with her cheeks stuffed with food. Soobin flinched at how fast he felt his heart beating all of the sudden.
Soobin: Namji, can I ask you something?
Namji: Yeah, what's up?
Soobin: This might be awkward, but do you still like me?
That question obviously took Namji by surprise. She wasn't sure what to answer but she knew it herself that she might or might not still have a slight crush on him.
Namji: D-do you want me to?
She turned red like a tomato causing Soobin to chuckle a little bit.
Soobin: No, Namji. We're friends, you and I. And I'd love it to stay that way. Just.....know that I like you, I really do but only as a friend and I hope you understand that.
Soobin: "Before it gets too much..."
Namji felt a little sting in her heart. All of her attempts were just for nothing then. She never succeed in gaining his interest. Soobin noticed her sad expression and he grew worried.
Namji shook her thoughts and wore her smile back on.
Namji: It's ok, I understand! Oh shoot, it's late I still have work. See you tomorrow then, bye Soobin!
She waved Soobin a goodbye before hurriedly leaving the bakery shop.

Namji was cleaning the tea cups but didn't notice she was spacing out while doing so.
Lisa: *snaps fingers* Yah, Moon Namji!
Namji jumped back, almost letting the cup slip from her hands.
Lisa: I've been calling you for the fifth time! You haven't even been listening to me. Look at you, you look like someone has killed your nonexistent dog.
Namji: *rolls her eyes* I'm just heart broken. I just got rejected by Soobin today.
Lisa gave her a bewildered look.
Lisa: Uhhh hasn't he already done that like a hundred times? Why do you only look depressed now?
Namji: That's true but today was different. His words truly told me to already give up. It kinda hurt.
Lisa: *crosses arms* You still like him?
Namji nodded slowly.
Lisa: You know, when got rejected by my close friend in high school, I just thought to myself that I had to forget about my feelings for him. He didn't like me back but he still wanted to be friends. It was hard at first, especially when I saw him with his new girlfriend, but if I wanted to stay friends with him, I had to push myself harder to erase those feelings. I succeed to move on and we didn't have to act awkward with each other anymore.
Namji: Bold of you to assume that I can be as strong as you.
Lisa placed a hand of her shoulder.
Lisa: Bold of YOU to assume that I am stronger than you, despite the fact that you are going through more hardships in your life than me, let alone your family issues.
Namji snorted and felt herself tearing up. She was the luckiest person to have a best best friend.
Lisa: You still decide whether you want to give up on Soobin or not. Who knows, he hurt you a couple times already, maybe it'll happen again in the future. Do what your heart tells you to do. Although, you listen too much to your heart sometimes, use that big ass head of yours for once.
Namji pulled a strand of her hair making her yelp.
Namji: I hate you.
Lisa gave a comforting hug before rubbing her head roughly which ended up to a play fight between the two of them.
Manager: Moon! Manoban! You are not getting paid for playing around.
Namji & Lisa: I'm sorry. *bows*
