The night was the same as before but there was no sight of the bird. I rocked back and fourth . My ankle soon started to hurt since the friction off the chain. The door opened once again and he entered. I can't sleep can you. He obviously knew the answer so why did he even ask? I can help you fall asleep. With that his smile grew twisted. He pulled me forwards by my collar . He threw a punch that knocked me dizzy. He let go off me and let me fall. I'm shocked that didn't knock you out ...I wonder how much can you take? With this he sat on top of my stomach and pinned my down. He pulled out his knife and traced it across my stomach and slit it before stabbing into my arm and then cutting the side off my mouth. He pushed my head to the side and cut my cheek to the point you could almost see my teeth through it. He clutched my hand and cut my palm before he grabbed my throat. My arms punched at his ribs but it went faint as my vision went blurry and saliva dripped down my cheek.
My eyes opened but my body was in pain all over . I whimpered rapidly and my throat was dry and dry blood covered nearly every inch of my body. A faint tap was at the window and I turned to see the crow once again but it had something shiny in its beak. It disappeared once again and reappear in the room with me . It dropped a hair clip in front of me and tilted its head . Why would I need a hair cl- to pick the lock. I grabbed the clip and wedged it into the lock . It took many moments till I heard a faint click. With satisfaction the bird chirped before flying away. I wobbled to my feet and sprinted out the room.
