A sudden pain jolted me awake and it stung like a thousand needles. I bit my lip hard enough that it bled to not scream. After minutes my arm felt numb. I heard a voice ask, "Not so bad?" After chuckling.

The room was cold, and I pulled the blanket around tighter me for warmth. I looked at the clock and it was 1:59 pm. I laughed, "Yeah, all doctors say it would hurt and it hurts a lot."

He laughed while wrapping my arm in a bandage. "I shouldn't have to do that again unless it become infected or gets worse the good news is." With it wrapped securely in the bandage I sighed as he put the bottle and bandages away. "Let me know if it gets worse."

I sat up my vision blurry and clearing up. "Really, you wake me up that way?"

"You were still unconscious so I thought you wouldn't feel it. Interesting enough, turns out you can still feel large amount of pain when you are deep asleep."

My body was still tired as I tried to stand up, and I only stumbled to the ground.

"Careful there," he helped me back up and I sat down. "You came back here to see Damian in a rouge condition so I fixed you up after a few tests."

I rubbed my arm that itched. "How long was I out for?"

"Well, at one point you were unable to sleep because you kept tossing and turning and screaming their gonna get me that we sedated you to calm you down."

I had no memory of going to the Celestial Realm, it must of been Anna sending them after me again. "Demons. Can't they ever leave me alone."

I heard my stomach go off, and it made its point clear that it was hungry. When was the last time I ate?

"The past days have been an adventure I guess." He was scribbling something down on a piece of paper. "Do you want food?"

I nodded, "Please. I don't care what it is at this point." Anna had nearly burned me alive, but Wulfric had saved me and taken me to a healer. And I discovered my true identity in the Celestial Realm. The more I thought about it, the more it ate at my hunger, "The last time I ate was a few days ago."

"Well then, that's not a good thing. Look like I'm gonna have to hold you hostage again." He said with a smile.

I groaned, and collapsed on my back onto the bed.

"I think it's the best choice for the sake of your fragile condition. You've been through a lot I can tell and maybe relaxing would help you out."

"It's not like my body wants to go anywhere." I could feel pain and my thoughts were scattered and uncollected. "Fine I'll allow you to hold me here for a few days. I don't want to fight it anymore."

"Well good girl, don't worry. You can trust me." He was washing his hands at the sink.

I looked outside the window. I saw a stranger in a long trench coat, he looked up and we had eye contact. I could feel the coldness of his soul so I looked away quickly. I looked back and he wasn't there, I blinked, nothing. "Something's not right here."

"What happened?"

"No, it can't be," I panicked. I felt something wrong in the room, someone was here. Protecting myself I curled in a ball. A strange feeling was coming over me, a feeling of darkness. I could hear Anna in my head even though she wasn't here. Something clouded my thoughts, rendering me hopeless of escape.

I felt a cold hand on my back and quickly moved away. "Oh sorry." He took a step back embarrassed.

"Don't touch me please," I begged in a low whisper. "I can't explain why but it's for the sake of both of us getting out of this mess alive." I stayed in a ball whimpering. "What's happening to me?" My hands were shaking when I looked at them.

"What in the stars in the sky?" His face was filled with concern and worry. "It's gonna be okay."

"Anna, she's found me. She knows my location. It's no longer safe here, for the both of us." I could feel the spell lifting, slowly leaving me drained of energy. "I can't stay here." My voice was trailing off into the room.

"Hold on! Don't let go so easily!" His voice was panicking.

I covered my ears, "Their voices taunt me of the past, and the future that waits for me." I begged, "Make it stop!"

I felt a prick and my eyes opened as I regained control over my body, he had an empty needle in his hand. "The was close, I thought they almost had you for good."

I was still drained, but semi conscious. "Did someone try to take over my body?"

"I think, they had a pretty good grip on you. I almost lost you completely."

Footsteps rushed into the room. "I thought I would find you here," Alric stood at my side. "I came over as soon as I got the bad feeling."

"Alric, Anna tried to-" my voice was weak and nothing else came out.

"I was worried, Anna wants you on their team. That means influencing you at your weakest hour." He dug around his pocket for a small vial. "Inject this and listen to me. I do not want you to leave no matter how much you want to. Just recover. Listen to the doctor, and protect him. What ever you do, do not leave the hospital."

"But Alric." I complained.

He quickly spoke like there was no time left. "I know you need the vial for Damian, but you are in a critical condition. If Anna gets a hold on you, she will turn you against us all. She will use you as a weapon."

I laid there weak and confused. "Can I sleep daddy?" My voice was like a child's voice.

In all the haziness of the moment I felt another prick. I heard Alric's voice one last time before I closed my eyes, "Good night Isabella, whatever you do listen to him."

I felt a calmness take over my body, putting me to sleep. Soon the light turned to darkness, and the darkness turned to nothing at all. I was gone.
