In reality, I knew exactly why max was asking if I was ok I really missed my old school I know that sounds greedy but yeah I am grateful for getting a new start and making new friends I'm just not used to it here I don't understand why I haven't cried yet usually I would've cried by now I remembered the first time I moved I cried constantly well I was 8 but I just really miss it there.
I was soon zoomed outta my trance by max trying to get my attention.
"Will? Hello?? Will!??", she was saying in my face as I slowly zoned back to reality.
"Huh what"
"You zoned out are you sure you're fine Will?"
"Yeah I'm fine I told you already"
"Ok well we should go outside and wait for your mom"
"Yeah..."

I was about to hop on my bike and head home with Lucas and Dustin when I say Will and Max walk outside of the building I immediately ran over to them I'm not sure why though it just kinda... Happened I guess.
"Hey!"
"Hi", max said she seemed very cheerful
Will just stood there, in fact, we all did I broke the silence by asking will "will do you maybe wanna come over later, if you don't that's fine too I was just wondering"
Will seemed shocked at how egger I asked him to come over, "Oh yeah sure"
"Great my phone number is *insert random number here*
"Ok I'll get my mom to call"
"K well I gotta get going now see ya later"
"Bye"
By that time max had already left the two. Will stood waiting for his mom as he watched his new friends bike away from school.
Not to long later Joyce pulled up frantically waving at Will who was playing with bright spring grass sat next to him
A few seconds went by but he finally noticed his mom in the car not but 6 feet away from him.
