This Chapter switches between perspectives multiple times. To hopefully make it easy to read Marinette's perspective will be in cursive, where as Adrien will be Normal. I'll still put their initial, but hopefully different fonts will make it even easier.

M.
"It all started at the beginning of time when life spiraled into existence." The bug started. "And with life came me. Tikki."

I blinked in awe as the tiny creature waved there hands in the air to represent the explosion of life.

"I was born to represent all life as I am the embodiment of creation."

A.
"For many decades life went on, unequaled, until one day I was born." That cat said, looking me dead in the eyes. "For I was the embodiment of death and destruction. Chaos would follow in my wake. They called me Plagg."

I let a small snort at the idea of such a small creature being in charge of death, destruction, and cat-tastrophes. Plagg narrowed his eyes at me, and I quickly quieted when I realised his seriousness.

M.
"Eventually as time went on, more Kwamis, as we are called, came into existence." Tikki said, her focus unwavering. "But so did humans."

A.
"And as humans often are, they were filled with greed and envy of our power." Plagg said. "So they sought to claim it for themselves. And so the ring on your finger was fashioned and we were tethered to the earth by mere jewellery. They were named miraculouses"

I looked down at my hand, the ring shining in the moonlight, and shivered at the thought of how purrfect it had felt putting it on.

M.
"Once kwamis were tied to jewelry, the miraculous granted thier wearer enhanced abilities, and the eventual ability to see us Kwamis." Tikki explained as I fiddled with my earrings.

A.
"That's how you survived your fall kid." Plagg said, grinning. "That and luck."

I laughed at the idea of luck coming from a black cat, before he shushed me and he continued his tail.

M.
"For many decades people battled for us, destroying cities and civilizations, until only 5 cities remained." Tikki said with a sigh. "To keep the miraculous out of one person's control, their guardians made plans to build cities powered by us that would be scattered across the world."

My eyes widened at the thought of other cities filled with people just like me.

A.
"And thus your city was born." Plagg said, in an unimpressed voice. "One of 10, it set off with a jewel at it's heart and peace as its purpose."

"So you're saying that there is another miraculous at the center of Pari?" I asked, as I took in the story. Plagg nodded. The thought of not just one, but multiple other cities was absolutely pawsome, yet frightening at the same time. I couldn't decide which feline I should focus on more.

"It should be the butterfly miraculous if I remember correctly." He said, scratching his head. "Than again I could be wrong. It's been a few hundred years."

M.
"The peacock miraculous resides at the center of Aris, keeping it a float." Tikki said, as I sat into my balconies chair. "Without it your city would of stopped flying years ago."

"I thought the cole we mine keeps the city up?" I said, confused. Tikki shook her head.

"I don't know much about the Cole mines but I can tell you they have nothing to do with the city flying." She said, clearly in thought. Her forehead wrinkled before she shook her head, looking a bit dazed.

"Is something wrong?" I asked, concerned for the kwami.

"I- I can't remember." She said, fear evident in her eyes.

"Can't remember what?"

A.
"So your telling me you just forgot the last 300 years since the city was launched." I noted. He gave me a look of annoyance.

"That's what I said, Mr. Obvious." Plagg said, pacing back in forth in front of my face as he held his head.

"So?" I asked. "Your over thousands of years old. I'm sure your bound to furget some things."

"Kid, forgetting 300 years isn't like forgetting a day." Plagg voiced, giving me a serious look. "Kwamis aren't supposed to forget things, let alone hundreds of years."

M.
"What do you think could have caused it?" I asked Tikki. She shook her head.

"I can't know for sure what exactly caused me to lose my memories. It could be a spell cast by my protectors to help keep the locations of the other cities a secret. Or it could have been someone else who erased my memories after the city was launched. There is noway I can be certain."

I felt sorry for Tikki as she hung her head, and perched herself on the edge of my table. I reached out and gently rubbed her head. Tikki looked up at me and gave me a quick smile, before she hugged my finger.

"Thank you for listening Marinette." She said, here eyes sparkling with hope. "I'm glad to have someone to talk to again."

A.
"So, what now?" I asked, having finally taken on the weight of Plagg's story.

"What now?" Plagg repeated. He was silent for a second before he grinned at me. "Now I eat."

I must of looked confused because Plagg sighed and explained how Kwamis need to eat to stay on the mortal plain.

"And what would you like to eat?" I asked, purplexed. His grin widened.

M.
"There you go." I said, handing Tikki a macaroon I had grabbed from downstairs. She gave me a look of gratitude before taking a bite.

"Mmmh." She let out a groan of delight before taking another bite, than another, till she finished. "Thank you Marinette. That was one of the best meals I have ever had!"

"Oh." I said, surprised. "I'm glad you liked it so much."

"Where did you get that?" She asked, tilting her head.

"The macaroon?" I asked. "I made it."

Tikki's eyes widened for a second before she smiled.

"So what should we do next?" I asked sitting back down and eating a macaroon of my own.

"First, you rest." Tikki said, flying off the table. "Than we find go on a hunt for history."
