꒰ ❛"hey, pretty boy," taehyung said softly, still standing in the doorway.
jungkook turned around at the sound of taehyung's charming voice. "mm?"
"would you like to go on a date with me?" his heart hammered in his chest, and he was slightly sweating due to nervousness, but tried not to let it show.
jungkook, on the other hand, was once again put in a trance. how could someone as perfect as taehyung want to go out with him??
"really? you're not kidding, right?" jungkook laughed awkwardly.
"no, why would i be?"
jungkook's jaw dropped. ❜ ꒱
he didn't know what to say. well, he wanted to scream "HECKITY BECKITY HECK YES" at the top of his lungs, but that wasn't really an option.
jungkook, open your damn mouth right this second.
"wel-ll in that-t case, yes, i would l-love to," he blubbered out.
taehyung grinned, cheeks slightly red, and said, "sweet. i'll text you. drive safe!"
jungkook hurried and got into his car, shielding his burning face as much as humanly possible, then drove off. "byeeeee!!" he replied, voice echoing of the neighboring houses and disappearing as he drove further away.
when jungkook arrived home, jimin and hoseok were sitting at the dining table, with the food ready, wearing twin expressions that said "we know everything. so, you better tell us or else."
jungkook was scared to say the least, but jimin egged him on and he ended up ranting to the two throughout the whole meal.
"oh my gosh, i cannOT believe that someone as HAndSome, PerFect, BeaUtifUL and KInD as him wants to GO OUT WITH ME. hobi, chim, kim freaking taehyung wants to go on a date?? with ME!?" jungkook panted heavily, and jimin patted his back soothingly in comfort.
hoseok just listened, with his hands folded underneath his chin. "so, when is he going to come over? i want to meet this 'kim taehyung' guy," he said sternly, being the overprotective brother he was.
"umm..." jungkook hadn't really thought this through, but he knew that he was a really good guy and that his brother would love him. "don't worry, hyung, he's a great person and i think you'll really get along with him."
"anyways," jimin said, wanting to talk about the more pressing matter. "the date????" he asked eagerly, eyes glinting with amusement.
"oh i have to text him about that hehe."
"well get on with it!! my life is so dry right now, i need some TEA, jungkook," jimin said teasingly.
"fine fine fine!"
he opened up message app on his phone to text taehyung.

after taehyung saw jungkook's black car swerve around the corner of his block, he immediately rushed inside his room, yanked out his phone, and texted his friends.
