bello! it's your author maddie! this is the section where i will be clearing up anything possibly confusing about the story.

𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒔 -- ok, about the tattoos: jungkook's is on his right wrist. a purple heart (without the border, so smaller than taehyung's by a little bit). taehyung's is on his left wrist. his tattoo is a purple outline of a heart. symbolizes that jungkook fills up taehyung's heart, and taehyung completes jungkook's heart.

𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 -- ok i'm sorry for making it so sad :((( i am really. but i wanted to explain it a bit more? basically jungkook hit his head on a rock when he was trying to get taehyung's glasses. and he fell into a coma and lost his memory as a result. the scenes in the past few chapters were a month after the incident. jungkook woke up 1-2 times in between, and that explains when he got the note from taehyung. jungkook happens to wake up on taehyung's birthday, but also passes away on the same day, unfortunately. big sad emo. but i won't explain too much- for the aspects of the story. the story is supposed to have a sad, unexplained ending.
