Thea's POV
There I was tending to the garden with my animal friends. I don't know why but theres always an animal beside me it's like there protecting me but i don't know why. I had just finished watering the flowers when I hear someone yelling.
"Pirates everyone pirates have just docked at the shore!" A random villager yelled.
Everyone got to there shops ready to sell to them. Our villiage is known for the best items for the best price in the grandline which means we get a lot of pirates and visitors.
"Thea Thea!" I turn around to see my mother.
"I know mom I just heard let's go." I say.
See it is my mother and I's job to greet the pirates and show them around like a tour guide we also let the pirates stay in our house while they are on the island and for that reason we have the largest house on the island.
"Hi my name is Sanji but you can call me yours." Sanji said before kissing her hand.
"Robin, may I say what and beautiful island this is." Robin said.
"Im the great and brave feared by thousands I am Captain Usopp." Usopp said.
"Im Zoro." He said after yawning.
"Who this little guy." She said pointing at me.
I couldn't help but stare she was surrounded by this bright light. I felt happy, warm, and safe in that moment I completely forgot about my shyness I ran towards her and hugged her leg.
"Aww what a cute reindeer." Thea said.
I backed up and yelled out. "I'm not a reindeer im a raccoon dog." "I mean yeah im a reindeer." I said thats the first time someone actually didn't call me a raccoon dog.
"AAAHHHH it talks why does the reindeer talk how does the reindeer talk. Thea yelled before fainting. Luckily I caught her.
"Doctor we need a doctor." I said panicking. "Oh wait, im a doctor."
My head hurts what happened I thought opening my eyes.
"Hey shes waking up." I heard the cutest voice ever say.
"Man I had the weirest dream." I said chuckling and opening my eyes only to discover it wasn't a dream.
"Hi my name is Chopper." The reindeer said.
"Hi umm how is it possible for you to talk." I asked still being a little freaked out.
"I ate a devil fruit its this weird looking fruit that gives you weird abilitys or powers I ate the human human fruit so now i can walk and talk like a human, but the effect of eating a devil fruit is that you lose the ability to swim." Chopper said.
"Powers what kind of powers." I asked.
"It depends on what devil fruit you eat, although they are very rare to come by." He said.
"Hey mom do you think i have my powers cause of eating a devil fruit, but I don't ever remember eating and weird looking fruit." I asked.
"No, honey you've been able to do that since you were 2 days old besides you ... can ... still ... swim." My mother said before her eyes widened.
"WAIT did you say that the devil fruit is weird looking and if you eat it, it takes away your ability to swim." She asked Chopper.
"Yeah why." Chopper asked.
"Well then i've eaten a devil fruit before." my mother said.
"This explains everything." My mother mumbled hoping no one heard her.
"What mom you've eaten a devil fruit before." I asked shocked at what I was hearing.
"Yes and i'll you all about it during dinner its getting late so everyone as your hostess you will be staying with us it takes about 4 days for the log post to set. Now follow me everyone." My mom said.
The 7 followed Saya and Thea to their and with the help of Sanji dinner was soon served.
What is Saya going to say what will everyone discover. What is Thea well find out in the next chapter.
