Dan's POV
As soon as I turned off my camera, I felt empowered. I said what I needed to say and I spoke the motherfucking truth. That's all there was to it.
I stood up, threw the camera on my bed, and laughed. Just laughed for no apparent reason. I could finally let go. I could finally be free.
Smiling to myself, I ran down the stairs and skipped all the way to my car. When I got in, I immediately put in my favorite Muse album and turned it up as loud as it would go. I drove myself to an interesting little shop downtown that sold odd little knickknacks and cartoon themed merchandise.
Do I know why? *brendon urie voice* oh yeah, cause FUCK YOU HAHAHAHHAHA
I'm so sorry for that.
Okay.
Anyway.
Walking in, I immediately spotted a long scarf hanging on a rack in the corner. And it was my second favorite color.
Rainbow.
I made my through the towering isles of intensely strange objects and clothes stacked up on huge shelves, seemingly thrown together in no particular order. Finally, I reached the glorious rainbow scarf and threw it around my neck. I felt complete.

I made my way over to the cash register and paid for the scarf, laughing at myself as I did so.
Finally I got in the car and drove home.
Opening the door, I was surprised to find Phil sitting at the kitchen table.
"Phil, what are you-"
"DAN OH MY GOD!!"
He exclaimed and jumped up from the table, knocking over a couple chairs as he did so.
He threw his arms tightly around my neck and dug his fingers into the back of my neck.
"I was so worried... I sped right home after I saw that video and when I didn't find you here I just freaked I was calling everyone I knew and-"
"Phil... Breathe. Calm down. I was just downtown. It's okay."
He leaned back to gaze up at me with huge gorgeous eyes.
"Okay... I'm just glad you're safe, I love you so much Daniel I just... I-"
I cut him off by placing a soft kiss on his perfect lips.
That kiss was probably the most amazing one we had ever shared. It was so full of love. It felt like as if a million words could have been said but it said them all.
Gripping his waist even tighter, I pulled him as close to me as he could get.
Leaning back for just a second, I whispered in the quietest voice I could muster.
"Don't you ever leave me."
He chuckled and shook his head.
"Never."
"Never ever?"
He smiled, but rather than responding pressed his lips to mine once again. Running his fingers through my soft hair, he spoke into the kiss.
"Never ever."
