twenty-one; wherever you go- i go.

"Ian Doyle is officially on everyone's list." I hear Penelope say and I looked at everyone. "Ian Doyle?" I asked as I walked into the briefing room and Hotch raised an eyebrow. "You know him?" He asked and I shook my head. "N-no. I know of him. " I said and Derek shook his head confused.

"How?" He asked and I licked my lips, making a story up, but Anthony cut me off. "It was a cold case. His name was thrown in there a couple of times. But we got rid of it." He said and I nodded agreeing with him.

"Was Ian Doyle on your list when you both were at Interpol?" Hotch asked looking at Azalea and Emily and Emily shrugged. "We'd have to ask around." She said and  Hotch nodded.

"Prentiss, Morgan and Ivankov, go to Delany's house. Walton and McKinley I want you both to go to the examiner's office, see what we're missing. Seaver, Rossi and I will finish up here. You both need to go. " He said turning to Spencer and I and I raised my eyebrow, confused. And then I mentally face palmed- Ellie's school.

I nodded and Spencer and I walked out of the office together. "Hey, you want to go stop and pick up some food for Ellie? She has practice later and she might get hungry." He said and I nodded and slid into his car.

"Yeah." I said and he nodded and he slid into the driver's side.

I sat in the principal's office, hearinf the rumbling of the thunder with Spencer by my side as we waited for the principal and Ellie's teacher to come in. "Hey- what's been going on? You seemed distant yesterday." He said and I looked up at him and shook my head. "Nothing. The case is just tiring." I said and he wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

The door opened and the teacher and principal came in. "Mr. Reid and Ms.LaMontagne, thank you for coming." The principal said and shook our hands. We both nodded-giving her a warm smile. 

"This is Mrs. Lund. Ellie's teacher." She said and the brown haired teacher shook our hands. "So- what's concerning you about Ellie?" Mrs. Lund asked and I sighed and began speaking. "Ellie called me the other day and told me that a girl in your class was making fun of her because she calls Spencer and I by our first names." I said and she gave me a tight lipped smile. 

"I'm sorry- has it came to your attention that Ellie is a liar? She's constantly lying to me in my class." She said and I bobbed my head back not believing what she said.

"Ellie hasn't lied to us." Spencer stated and Iooked at the principal. "Can you call Ellie down?" I asked and she nodded and went to go call he down.

Minutes later she came in and had a small red spot on her cheek. "Mom, Dad, I didn't think you guys were coming now." She said quietly and I knew something was wrong. "Ellie- what happened to your cheek?" I asked and she shook her head. "Nothing happened." She said and I looked back over to the teacher.

"What the hell happened to my daughter?" I asked and Spencer grabbed the girl and sat her on his lap.

"Her and a girl were playing roughly." She said and I clenched my jaw. "Who was this girl?" I asked and the teacher shrugged.

"It was her daughter. Margot." Ellie said quietly and I glared at Mrs. Lund. "Ellie, was she the same girl who was making fun of you?" Spencer asked and she nodded. 

"So not only has your daughter made fun of my daughter- but she also hit her? And you're okay with this? And you lied trying to blame this on Ellie?" I asked and the principal shook her head.

"This is unacceptable. You're fired and your daughter is expelled. We do not tolerate bullying in this school and we certainly do not tolerate teachers that lie." She said and the teacher left the room stomping. The principal gave us a small smile- showing us she was rooting for us and then she left. 

I turned towards Ellie and Spencer- taking my hand off of my gun- not knowing that I had my hand on it in the first place and I bent down to her level.

"Ellie- don't ever lie to me about something like this. I know you didn't want this to be a big thing, but if you didn't tell us then it would have been worse." I said and she nodded and got of Spencer's life and came over to me and hugged me. 

"Hey Ellie, you want some food?" Spencer asked and took out a McDonald's bag and handed it over to her. Her face lit up and I placed my hand on her cheek- feeling how warm it was. Before I could say anything both Spencer's phone and mine went off and we knew we were called back into work. "We gotta go, okay? I'll pick you up after practice." Spencer said and she nodded and went to hug him. He kissed her forehead and she gave em a hug and sat down in the seat so the principal could get a statement.

"It's not often we know a subject's name, and in this case- knowing that his name is Ian Doyle doesn't give us very much. 2 or 3 of his victims worked for CWS. There were 7 operatives on the mission all together and the remaining 5 have been warned." Hotch said giving everyone in the BAU including all the other agents a run down. Spencer sat next to Penelope and Emily was standing on the other side of me. Anthony and Maxsten were nowhere to be found. Azalea stood on my left and Emily stood on my right.

I glanced over at Rossi and then into his office and saw Gemma there- on her phone and laughing. I looked over to where Spencer was with Penelope and I saw him and her both focused on the speech. Derek wasn't paying attention and Azalea started walking slowly behind Emily and I knew what they were going to do- find Ian Doyle. I thought back to Ellie and I knew that if I didn't do anything- that she would end up motherless. I gulped and turned around- leaving after Emily and Azalea.

I made it to the parking lot of the FBI and I saw Maxsten, and Anthony sitting in a car. Azalea and Emily were standing talking and Shaw whistled telling them I was there. Azalea looked back and gave me a nod. I glared at them and spoke. "If we're going to do this. We kill them." I said and Emily nodded and Shaw smirked.

"Pick your choice of weapons, luv." He said and he opened a suitcase filled with different guns and knives. I picked out the Magnum Research Desert Eagle .50 Calibur. Anthony picked out an AR-15 and looked up at me. 

"What the hell are you doing here?" I hissed and he smirked. "Wherever you go-I go. We're a deal. And I knew you'd do something stupid." He said and I rolled my eyes and looked up at Shaw.

"You'll watch over Ellie if something happens to me. You do not let her go back in the system. She stays with Spencer." I said and he nodded- being serious, something I rarely ever seen from him.

"You've got my word." He said and I nodded and I gripped the gun and got into the car.
