thirty-five; to jj and will

"Try Izzy. Her name is Izzy." Will said as we were on our 2nd try and the time was going down fast. We both type it in and the time stopped and I smiled and then another box opened and now we had 30 seconds.

"Shit." I said and I looked back up at Will. "Hadley, you need to leave. You have to go and read what mom said. You have to." He said and I shook my head. "No.  SHUT UP WILL. JUST SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH. We're doing this together." I said yelling and then my voice cracking at the end. Emily started speaking as Azalea kept completely calm about being strapped to a bomb.

"The storytelling's in the details. These wires mean something." Azalea said and Will grunted seeing the time down to 13 seconds. "Like what?" He asked and Emily rubbed her face. "The colors of the Flag of Chad." She said and I raised an eyebrow and then I got it.

"Red, yellow and blue. Only one is different to the U.S. flag and it's-"I said and cut the yellow wire- only having 1 second left. Emily did it before me and all four of us sighed falling to the floor- relieved.

"How'd you guys do that?" Will asked and Azalea and Emily answered. "I didn't over think it." and I stayed quiet looking at the bomb still strapped onto Will.

"Hadley?" He asked and I kept my gaze on the bomb. Bomb Squad came in and carefully took off the bombs from Azalea and Will.

We began walking outside but before we made it Will stopped and grabbed my hand. "Hadley. Look at me. I'm fine. You ain't gonna lose me." He said and I licked my lips and I shook my head. "I almost did. We almost lost. After years of fighting we almost lost." I said and Will brought me into a hug.

"I was so scared in the bank. And then you had a bomb on you and I had to help you or we'd all die and I-" He said and coddled me. "Hadley, I love you. You need to know that. I love you so very much. You were also the reason I moved to DC and why I quit my job. I couldn't stand havin' my baby sister be miles 'way from me. I had to move here. I couldn't leave you all alone." He said and I began crying into his shoulder.

I stood wearing a long dark maroon dress that was floor length. My hair was in a fancy bun and I had my makeup slightly done for JJ and Will's wedding. I watched as Henry, Jack and Ellie were with Spencer, Derek and Anthony. JJ's mother came and gave her a dress to wear fro her wedding and we all sat down watching the entire ceremony. Will looked over at me before he said 'I do.' and gave me a small wink. I gave him a smile and nodded watching as he slipped Adelaine's wedding ring on JJ.

It was time to give the toast and I walked up first and held a glass of champagne. I looked over at JJ and Will who gave me a smile and they held Henry in their laps.

"As I am standing here looking at my brother and his wife- I couldn't be more happier for the both of them. Billy- I don't even know where to start. From the moment you stayed with me because Pop's was always working- I knew that we would always be close. You always chased away my bad dreams. You always chased away the monsters under my bed. You always chased away the boys that would only use me. You are the best big brother anyone could ever ask for. And when we lost both dad and mom- " I said giving him a small smile.

"You were still there for me. And I can't thank you enough. I love you so much- more than you know. And for JJ, thank you- for everything. For being there when I needed you the most- for sticking up for me. For staying with Ellie so Spence and I could be together. I love you and I'm so happy to call you my sister- in-law." I said and raised my glass.

"To JJ and Will." I said and the crowd cheered to them. I stepped down and listened as everyone else gave a speech and now it was time for the dancing.

Will walked up to me- wearing his suit and stuck his hand out. "Hadley, will you do me the honor of dancing the mother- son dance?" He asked and I nodded and smiled. He brought my to him and I placed my head on his shoulder and swayed to the soft music.

"What you said up there- was very nice. Thank you." He said and I nodded and smiled into his shoulder. "Of course. You're the best, and I'm very happy for you both." I said and I could hear his smirk.

" I can't wait for you to be up at the alter." He said and I chuckled and pulled back to look into his eyes. " A couple more months. Then you will. " I said and he chuckled and licked his lips. "Hadley, I want you to know- that there are letters, that Adelaine wrote you. Ones from your birthday- and Christmas." He said and I nodded and looked up at him. 

" I know." I said and he nodded softly and the song ended and now it was time for the bride and groom first dance. I pulled away from Will and walked to where Spencer was with Anthony.

"That was cute." Anthony said and I laughed and turned to see Ellie and Jack dancing together. I looked over at Spencer who went into full dad mode. I nudged him and he looked at me. 

" I'm still going with the 30 and older to date. " He said and we all laughed. I looked and saw Derek and Azalea dancing together and Hotch and Emily. My phone rang and I saw the area code for Seattle, Washington.

I walked away from the group and picked it up.

" Hello?" I asked and a voice answered. "Good Evening, are you Hadley LaMontagne?" The voice asked and I confirmed it. "There's been an accident regarding Dr. Derek Shepherd, and Dr. Mark Sloan. We contacted you as soon as possible. Both Doctors have you listed on their emergency contacts. " She said and I breathed out- the music and the voice both fading away in my head and the only thing I remembered was.
