They had one more class before their last DA meeting before the holiday. Unfortunately it was Defense Against the Dark Arts.
(Y/n) however seemed a little too excited for this class. He kept grinning and looking at the door when ever it opened.
"What are you waiting for?" Hermione whispered to him.
"Oh you'll see" he said tapping her nose, causing her to blush.
Umbridge finally stormed into the classroom, looking disheveled and angry. Her dressed appeared to be burnt and singed in places, and to (Y/n)'s glee she was missing one of her eyebrows.
"Well what are you waiting for? Get reading!" She snapped at them before taking her seat.
"What did you do?" Hermione asked him after class.
"I may have jinxed a few of the things in her office." (Y/n) said through his laughs. "A little thing I've been working on."
"What does it do?" Ron asked him laughing.
"Well it causes whatever it's cast on to spontaneously combust. Only problem is I'm not exactly sure how long it takes"
Ron and Harry burst into laughter, and Hermione let out a giggle. "So, So you're saying that there's still stuff in her office that will just randomly burst into flames?" Harry asked through his laughter.
"Yep"
Hermione, (Y/n), and Ron arrived in the room of requirements to find that Harry was already in there.
"Wow looks good" (Y/n) said looking around the room. It had been decorated with tinsel and "Mistletoe!" (Y/n) leaned over and kissed Hermione.
"Dobby did this" Harry said quickly. The rest of the DA arrived. And they got started.
"Wait I've got a surprise for the holiday" (Y/n) said, and he opened up his arm, which cause many people to gasp and a couple to scream.
"Oh come on I'm just opening my arm." He then pulled out a stack of pink plates, each with a cat on them. There was complete silence in the room.
"Thought he might use them for target practice" he explained to them.
There was a roar of support from the crowd. They spent an enjoyable lesson where they would take turns throwing the plates through the air and trying to hit them with a spell.
At the end of the lesson everyone left except for Cho, who was standing over by the foe glass.
"Come on Harry" Ron called to him. (Y/n) smacked the back of his head, and then grabbed the back of his robes and dragged him towards the exit.
"Have fun Harry" (Y/n) said as he left the room with Hermione, still dragging Ron.
Eventually Harry staggered back into the common room looking dazed. Ron was lying down on a sofa asleep. Hermione was knitting in a chair, with (Y/n) sitting by her feet, messing with his arm.
"Are you alright Harry?" Hermione asked him. (Y/n) slapped Ron with his arm to wake him up.
"Huh oh what's wrong Harry? Did something happen?" Ron asked him. Harry still stood there staring into the distance grinning dreamily.
"Cho?" (Y/n) asked going back to his arm.
"Wha-what?" Harry said snapping out of it.
"Is it Cho?" Hermione asked him. Harry nodded, still staring blankly.
"Did you kiss?" Hermione asked him casually.
Ron sat up quickly, and slipped off the sofa onto the floor. "Well? Did you!" Ron demanded getting up off the floor. Harry simply nodded.
"HA!" Ron laughed.
"So that just leaves you then Ronald. You wanna kiss now and get it over with?" (Y/n) mocked Ron. Hermione hit him lightly.
"Well? How was it?" Ron demanded from him.
Harry thought for a second "wet" he said.
"Were you too. Hands on?" (Y/n) said him.
"No she was crying" Harry told them.
"Oh are you that bad of a kisser?" Ron asked. (Y/n) hit the back of his head.
"Come here Harry let's see" (Y/n) said puckering his lips.
Hermione rolled her eyes. "Of course he isn't"
(Y/n) cleared his thought and stared at her. "How do you know?!" He demanded from her.
"Because Cho spends half of her days crying" Hermione said.
"Well you think a bit of snogging would cheer her up" Ron said. "I mean what sort of person cries while kissing?"
"Don't you understand how Cho feelings?" Hermione asked surprised. Ron and Harry shook their heads, but (Y/n) understood how she must be feeling, how many emotions she must be going through.
"Well she must be feeling sad because Cedric died, then I'd assume she'd be feeling confused because she used to like Cedric and now she likes Harry, and perhaps she still likes Cedric.
"Then she's probably feeling guilty, as she's probably thinking that it's an insult to Cedric's memory to be kissing Harry. And then she'll be thinking what others will think if she starts dating Harry.
"Also she probably can't figure out her feelings for Harry as he was the one there when he died, so that's all mixed up and painful. Oh and she's afraid that she'll be kicked off the quidditch team because she's been flying so poorly."
"No one can feel all of that at once they'd explode" Ron said.
"Just because you've got the emotional range of a teaspoon doesn't mean everyone does." Hermione said to him angrily.
"She just sort of came at me" Harry said embarrassed. "And the next thing I know is she's crying all over me. I didn't know what to do"
"You have to be nice to her Harry" Hermione said to him. "You were nice weren't you?"
"Well I uh sort of patted her on the back" Harry said.
(Y/n) let out a groan and repeated. "Patted her on the back?"
"Well it could've been worse" Hermione said glaring at (Y/n). "Are you going to see her again?"
"Well I'll have to won't I?" Harry said looking confused. "We've got DA meetings don't we"
"DA" (Y/n) repeated flabbergasted. "How thick can you be!"
"You know what I mean Harry" Hermione said to him impatiently.
"Yeah and if worst comes to worst I can help you get a new identity" (Y/n) said.
