Once the morning came, I rushed into the bathroom like those crazy old ladies in spanish dramas, screaming and nearly pulling my hair off, but I didn't care. Lisa had been in there for the past hour and I had only ten minutes left to do my make-up, fix my hair and check if I looked alright.
As if to make it even worse, I found Lisa asleep in my bathroom, her head resting on the toilet as she was slightly drooling on her hand. Okay, I had to admit that was a bit funny, but it didn't lift my mood enough to stop me from pulling her up by the hair and kicking her out of my bathroom.
As I fixed my hair though, I gave some thought to the fact that Lisa seemed to catch a bit of sleep anywhere she could. Was she already getting worn out? Because we were merely at the beginning of our careers. And as much as I loved this kid, I had to admit that she wouldn't make it at this rate. After all, the concert was today!
~
We hurried to the front porch of the mansion and we found a limo waiting for us to get in.
For real now, we weren't that famous yet. They could really save some money. But still, I couldn't complain about what I found inside. The car was long enough for us to all lay down and take a nap if we wanted, but sadly that would ruin our hair and make-up.
Lisa though, she didn't seem to even try to respect the rules and laid down with a satisfied sigh. This girl was really worrying me, but I let her sleep a bit and, in about thirty minutes, we arrived at the venue. It was, admirably, even bigger than the previous one.
Here, nobody was waiting for us outside and I soon discovered that I missed all those faces. I found an explanation pretty quickly though: our security didn't allow them to approach us so closely anymore in order to avoid us getting hurt in the crowd. So the first concert had been a one-time experience and we didn't even know it. They could've bothered to tell us.
Still, I taped a smile to my face as we walked inside, but soon, that smile became real: maybe a thousand people or so were waiting to see us, and when we walked in they burst screaming with joy and excitement that instantly transferred to us, too. Still, as much as I enjoyed watching those people, our BLINKS, as they had been named officially a few weeks ago, the guys I wanted to see the most weren't here. Where were they?
The concert would begin in half an hour, and they hadn't even bothered to show up yet. All the fans were giving us funny looks, as if they knew something we didn't. What was going on, for crying out loud?!
We walked into the changing rooms to get ready for the performance, and when we walked out we saw them. They really were here!
The boys were showing off friendly smiles as they came closer to us.
"Why hello, you beautiful newbies! Nice to finally meet you all!" Wow Jin, chill, your momness is showing.... But then he hugged us all and it seemed so comforting, as if he could take all our worries away.
Okay, now I understood why he would be called a mom. He could give you this feeling that nothing could go wrong if he's around. For a first impression, I liked him.
Next was Namjoon, the God of destruction himself. He gave us a hug too, but he was a bit more reserved. When he got to me, he leaned down and whispered in my ear: "I've heard a lot about you, Jennie-yah. Let's see if you're as good as he claims."
Hmmm....so he was the God of Destruction indeed, as he ruined the mood Jin had built inside me, but he was also the overprotective dad for Yoongi, as I had been warned. Even though after all, Joon was younger than him and just a few months older than me, plus I knew some things about him that would wipe that smirk off his face, so he wasn't gonna scare me so easily.
