*ring ring*
"Hello?"
"Hey sweet cakes. So i have a question to ask you."
"Hey dad, and what is this question?"
"So it's almost New Years, and I was wondering if you wanted to spend it in New Zealand with the family or in the states?"
"Dad, I need to think about this. I don't really have an answer at the moment."

"I understand. Well we spent Christmas in New Zealand with the family, we can always celebrate New Years with the family next year. Just think about it okay."
"Yes dad. Thanks for understanding."
"No problem. Well I have to go sweet cakes. We've got a meeting. Sorry, I love you."
"No worries dad. I love you too. Bye." I said as i hung up.

What to do? All the guys are probably still with their families enjoying the moment. Wait, Carter isn't. I unlock my phone and go to his contact.

L: Cartahhh!
C: Butt Holeee!
L: Well damn.
C: What do you want?
L: Want to hang out? :)
C: No you're lame.
L: CARTER PLEASE ILL TRY TO BE AS COOL AS POSSIBLE!
L: Plus I'm bored.
C: Fine, okay. I'll pick you up in 20.
L: Why that long?
C: Cause I need to shower okay. Laters Lupe!
L: Okay lol laterz Carter!

Yes! I have someone to hang out with. Okay now I need to get dressed. I get up from my bed and walk towards my closet. What to wear. I got it.

I choose to wear Matt's merch. I chose the white shirt where Matt is sitting on a bagel, his hoodie, the pink ME leggings, and black vans. I put that on and headed to my mirror. I stare at my hair for a while and decide on braiding it.

Once I was done braiding it, I looked at my phone and noticed I have about 10 more minutes. Suddenly, I hear an oh so familiar walk. I hide behind my door and wait for him to come and open the door. He does and once his little nose is through the door, I jump in sight.

"Burnie!" I yell. he gets scared and jumped a little. He looked at me and he got excited.
"Come here boy." I said in a baby voice as I jumped on my bed. He followed me and jumped on my bed.

"Good boy. Wanna cuddle?" I asked. Right after I said that he started to cuddle. I looked down at him and noticed he looked a bit sad.
"You also miss Matt huh? I do to buddy." I said as I scratched his ear and he cuddled harder.

Suddenly I hear a car honk.
"That's probably Carter. Okay Burnie, I'm going to go and chill with Carter. I'll be back soon. Your food and water are where they've always been and you know your way to the back yard. I'll see you later. Bye Burnie!" I said as I gave him a kiss on the head and grabbed my phone and charger and ran downstairs to the door. I locked the door and headed towards Carter's car and hoped inside.

"What's up Lupe." Carter greeted me.
"Waddup Carter." I greeted.
"Nothing much and you look Matthew as fuck." he said as he chuckled.
"Yeah I guess." I said feeling a bit down.
"You miss him don't you?" he asked as he pulled out of my drive way.

"Yeah, I really do." I replied.
"He misses you too ya know." he said glancing at me.
"I know he does. He tells me that when we text."
"He really does miss you. Like a lot. Yall have literally made a strong relationship, that you two can't even spend a day away from each other. Honestly I'm happy for both of you." he says.

"I don't even know our relationship status. I'm so confused cause I like him-"
"You like him?" he interrupts.
"Yes. I think I do. I don't know." I told him.
"Oh, well it looks like he likes you."

"No he probably doesn't. Carter why are we outside an airport?"
"Oh, uhm, my mom wanted to uhm come visit, and wanted me to come pick her up." he said a bit nervous.
"Oh okay. Well let's go get her." I said getting out of the car.

"When's her flight going to get here?" I asked.
"Probably in a few minutes. Lets take a seat." he said as he sat down at a chair.
I followed and took a seat next to him and leaned my head on his shoulder.
