Who are U?

Twenty-eight.

Dinner was over and everyone was cleaning up the kitchen, because of course, Raven was a bit of a black mother to make sure that everybody leaves the space spotless. Aiko was used to that, Auden is amused by it, Mindy whining but still doing what she got to do and Daniel conversing with Sam. Raven was done washing the dishes and now she stands by the refrigerator drying some of the utensils and putting them away.

Auden, from time to time, would steal some glances at Aiko as she talks to Mindy. Should I just fuck her at least once? Nah that's Rae's friend, he thought. He finishes what he was doing and heads to the living room to call out Elsa, the fluffy Bernese mountain dog comes out of nowhere and jumps as high as she can licking his face with much agitation. 

"All right baby girl, come get your food." He chuckles and walks back to the kitchen and puts some food in her bright green bowl with some water on the side. 

"Auden, can you show her to her room, please? I forgot to do that!" Mindy grins widely, Auden already knows what she's doing.

"Sure, let's go!" He smiles at her and she says thank you, following close behind him. 

As they go up the stairs, is like a planned move everyone stops whatever they were doing and comes leaning in to see and try to hear anything that might be happening. Except for Raven, she was way too focused on drying the dishes and utensils.

Upstairs, the two individuals are awkwardly quiet. Auden tries to give Aiko a quick look-around of the floor then he becomes a bit at ease a makes some jokes here and there. When arriving, she got the smaller room, going inside Auden becomes quiet again.

"So... you are the guy that followed me on Insta recently?" Aiko tries with a small smile.

Auden looks at her as he rubs the back of his neck, "Uh yeah, I mean Rae talked about you, and Mindy seems to really like you too so... so I thought why not!" 

Aiko nods with a polite smile. "Guess I'm approved then! But nice to meet you though."

"Same here, a pleasure meeting you too, Aiko." They stare at each other longer than they should, realizing that Auden clears his throat. "I uh, I'll get off your hair and let you unpack, I'll see you later!"

"Sure, thank you, see ya!"

He comes out the door, as he pushes a ball of air that was once trapped inside his cheeks. He clears his throat as he shakes his head going down the stairs. Mindy was being very obvious and Sam trying to make her stop.

"Y'all ain't sly..." Auden rolls his eyes taking a sit by the kitchen island.

"Was it that obvious?" Mindy asks.

"Mindy, 'obvious' is your middle name."

Sam laughs as she pouts then he gives her a small kiss. The rest of the evening went by smoothly, Aiko showered after Auden showed her to her room she later went down to the living room and somehow ended in a clever competition with a fluffy Elsa. They seem to have click from the very first time they saw each other. Raven was kind of jealous of their relationship. Sam, Daniel and Mindy were playing video games Auden was on the phone with his mom. 

As the night approaches they decide to go skating, as Raven goes up the stairs from the corner of his eyes Daniel announces that he's going to shower. No one really heard him or... cared.

I get undressed and put my hair up in a bun and tie the towel around me. I proceed to brush my teeth and then I hear a rustling on the other side of the room so I call out thinking that it might be Daniel, but no answer so I shrug it off and call my mom. We were talking for a while until she adds my aunt to the call –which got a lot longer than it was already– I tell them that I have to go and put my phone down then enter the shower not before putting on my Spotify.
