Chapter Thirty Two

"Alright then, what should we watch?"

"Hmm, I know. That trending thai series!"

"What is it?" Zerxes asked curiously.

"Girl From Nowhere yata? I've read countless reviews and watched many youtube reviews about the series. It's basically about a girl who transfers to different schools. Like, every episode? I don't know. She kind of like gives karma and end to people who deserves them," I explained. I haven't really watched the series but I'll bet, it's interesting!

A girl giving karma to everyone who deserves them, wouldn't that be so fun?

"Alright, we'll watch that."

Tumayo si Zerxes at kinuha ang remote. He opened the Netflix and searched for the series. When he found it, he played the first episode agad. He sat back at the couch and we both watched in silence.

Nakailang episode na kami nang maramdaman ko ang pagsakit ng aking balakang. Wala pa man ang paglaki ng tiyan ko ay mabilis na kaagad akong mapagod. What more sa mga susunod na buwan pa? I sighed.

"Are you tired, hmm?" I heard Zerxes whisper beside me. Pagod akong lumingon sa kaniya.

"A little?" I smiled cheekily. He chuckled and nodded. Ipinulupot niya ang kaniyang braso sa aking baywang at inabot ng isang kamay ang remote ng television. He paused the movie and tended to me. Binuhat niya ako na para bang ang gaan-gaan ko!

"I-ibaba mo nga ako!" I screamed.

"I'll take you to the master's bedroom. Pagod ka na," he simply said. Ibinaon ko na lamang ang aking mukha sa kaniyang dibdib at nahihiyang tumango. Nagpatuloy kami sa paglalakad hanggang sa makarating sa master's. He put me down in our bed. Yes, ours.

"What about Girl From Nowhere?" mahina kong tanong. I mean, I really really want to finish watching that series with him! I want more of Nanno's evil laughs and hair curling. She's adorable and fire at the same time.

"We'll finish it next time when you're not tired, okay?" he tucked me to bed and kissed my hair. Tumango ako sa kaniya at ngumiti. He walked towards the door to leave but then he stopped. Muli siyang lumingon pabalik sa akin.

"On the other hand, can we name our child Nanno if it's a girl?" my bastard of a boyfriend asked.

I nearly died.

I smiled as I stare at the scenery in front of me. I mean, it's the city, yes. But city lights are exception. City lights never annoyed me. The city does. Magulo ba? Alam ko at wala akong alam bakit ganoon ang iniisip ko.

It's been four months since the issue. Ang mga magulang ko at ni Zerxes ay tumutulong na rin kay Zerxes upang maialis siya roon sa kamay ng mga Gomez. My parents are pretty much known in the business industry because of our company na si Daddy mismo ang nagpalawig. Now, Kuya manages the company while my parents are moving again for my safety.

I can say that Tito Fei and Tita Leah are the same, too. 

Lagi naming napaguusapan iyon ni Zerxes at ang laging pumapasok sa utak namin ay nakakahiya sa mga magulang namin. Whenever we try to open that topic to our parents, they would silence us and tell us that it's okay. And it reminded me again how much powerful parents' love can be.

Hindi nagtagal ay naramdaman ko ang pagyakap ng pares ng braso sa aking baywang. I looked over my shoulders and smiled. A tired and fresh from shower Zerxes showed up behind me. He kissed my cheeks.
