The brunette stared at Tony through the glass window; she had almost lost another person close to her. As she watched him and Pepper, it brought back one of the many happy memories of her and her husband.

On the lush green grass nearby the waterfall, lied a couple on a blanket with a picnic set for two.
"I'm serious. I want an entire football team of children." Bucky joked.
"Oh, yeah?" Azar arched her eyebrow with a smile. "And where will you get this football team?" She asked.
"Well, from my loving wife, of course." He replied with that classic Brooklyn charm.
"Those were different times, honey." She giggled. "There is so much to do now. Procreation was the only thing that was entertaining in your day." She teased.
Bucky pulled her closer towards his body before bringing his hand up to stroke her cheek.
"We enjoy procreating too, if I'm not mistaken." He joked with a smirk as he began to nibble at her neck.
This action, in return, earned him a giggle from his wife. "Damn you, Barnes." Azar said, trying her best to sound serious but failed miserably as all she was capable of doing was smiling.
Present
She was pulled from her thoughts as she felt strong, familiar arms wrap around her from behind.
"You are miles away, my love." The voice spoke into her ear.
"Just thinking of better times." She whispered with a smile.
Despite the circumstances, all that felt right to her was being in the arms of the man that held her. She turned in his arms to face those ocean eyes and leaned in to place a kiss on his lips.
"When Thanos snapped his fingers, Earth became ground zero for a power surge of ridiculously cosmic proportions. No one's ever seen anything like it.." Rocket explained to the team as he brought up a hologram of Earth. "Until two days ago on this planet.." The hologram shifted to an entirely new planet with a shockwave that visibly traversed the surface.
"Thanos is there." Nebula said.
Natasha frowned, leaning forward to take a closer look at the hologram. "He used the stones again." She muttered.
"Hey, hey, hey." Bruce protested as he stepped forward. "We'd be going in short-handed, you know."
"Look, he's still got the stones, so--" Rhodey trailed off.
"So let's get him.. Use them to bring everyone back." Carol said, cutting off the colonel.
Rhodey arched an eyebrow at the blonde. "Just like that?" He questioned.
"Just like that." Steve replied and shared a look with the woman.
"Even if there's a small chance that we can undo this.. I mean we owe it to everyone who's not in this room to try." Natasha added.
"If we do this," The scientist began. "How do we know it's gonna end any differently than it did before?" He asked.
"Because before, you didn't have me." Carol answered.
"Clearly." Azar rolled her eyes at her mother's answer.
"Hey, new girl," Rhodey called to the blonde woman, getting her attention. "Everyone here is about that superhero life. And if you don't mind my asking, where the hell have you been all this time?"
"There are a lot of other planets in the universe. And unfortunately, they didn't have you guys." Carol replied which made Azar push herself off the table that she had been leaning against.
"So convenient considering you just dumped your daughters on Earth and never came back until now." She said with venom in her tone before she looked at her teammates.
"I'll be getting ready." She said and left the room, Carol watching her daughter with a frown.
