Chapter 38

Nicole's Pov

I sat there crying on Nash and just thought about everything. Matt loves me and I just thought about myself. I ignored his feelings and just thought about my self.

I got up and told Nash I was going back over there. He asked if I wanted him to go but I told him I was wrong. I got in my car and drove back to Matts apartment. Tears still streamed down my face.

Minutes later I was face to face with his apartment door. I knocked and knocked until he finally answered.

He stared at me and then said,

"Nicole what are you doing here? Can you please leave."

"No Matt I'm not leaving. I understand that you love me but if you loved me you would want me to be happy. But you telling me you love me and then you tell me to leave you alone."

"Your a hypocrite! You love Nash! how hurt were you when you saw him with that girl? Look at yourself your upset because I can't bare to see you with him. But it's okay for you not to be okay when you saw Nash with that other girl"

I hated to admit it but he was right.

"I don't even get why your marrying him. He might be my friend but he's hurt you so many times and you take him back every time"

"It's because I love..."

"Yes I fucking get it you love him. You're so fucking delusional, he's gonna cheat on you again. Just because he put a ring on your finger doesn't mean he won't cheat. I thought you were smarter than that. He tells you how much he loves you and you run right back to him. Then he cheats, it's a never ending cycle."

"No you're wrong matt"

"It's like he's brainwashing you. Just leave me alone. I love you but I can't do this anymore. I can't keep seeing you get hurt by him and then having to be pick up all the broken pieces."

"Why are you doing this? I need you Matt"

"You don't need me after all I am just your friend. You'll forget all about me. Go run back to Nash."

He started walking away from me. I walked up to him and turned him to face me.

"Nicole I'm done talk..."

I cut him off by placing my lips on his. He immediately kissed back. I pulled away and felt guilty.

"No that was a mistake. I'm so stupid." I said as I heard something drop. I turned to see Nash standing in the door way.

His face dropped and he began to walk away.

"Go after him like you always do Nicole."

I ignored matts rude comment and ran after Nash.

"Nash please stop. It was a mistake, and it didn't mean anything. It was in the heat of the moment. Please forgive me."

"No It was a mistake asking you to marry me. You just cheated on me Nicole. Were done."

"Nash please..."

"You cheated on me, were done"

"But I took you back after you cheated on me all those times. I just gave him a peck. You had sex with other girls when you cheated. Why can't you give me another chance? Please babe"

"It was different"

"How is it different?"

"It just was. You can keep the ring, ok done"

"You're going to throw this all away for a peck. Please Nash I love you and only you."

"I don't believe you." With that he drove away.

I started crying and ran to my car. I started the car and made my to my apartment. I pulled out of the apartment complex and onto the road.

My eyes became cloudy and it was getting harder to see the road through my tears. I started going faster when I was hit by an oncoming car. My car began to flip.

It was getting harder to breathe and then darkness consumed my eyes. The last thing I heard was sirens.

Nash's Pov

I was on my way back to the apartment to pick up all my stuff. I was just about to get out of my car when my phone started ringing.

"Hello, is this Nash Grier? This is the Los Angeles memorial hospital" ( just made up the hospital name)

"This is him"

"Your friend Nicole Smith has just been admitted to the hospital. She was In a major car crash. She is in surgery right now, so get here as soon as possible"

I put my car into drive and drove to the hospital. I ran through the hospital and went straight to the nurses desk.

"Where is Nicole smith?"

"She is in surgery right now. I'll inform you when I get an update"

I began to pace back and forth while calling everyone. Everyone was on their way except Matt since I hadn't called him yet.

I dialed Matts number.

"Nash what do you want?"

"Nicole was just In a car crash please just come to the hospital"

"I'm on my way"

The boys and Mahogany showed up and we were sitting in the waiting room. A doctor began waking over to us.

"Friends of Nicole Smith?"

"Yeah"

"She just got out of surgery. Which one of you is her Fiancé?"

I stood up and he motioned me to walk with him.

"She is in critical condition and it is not very likely she will survive. She has internal bleeding. We will try our best to save her."

He walked away and I fell to my knees and put my face in my hands and began crying.

Cameron walked over to me.

"What did he say?"

"She most likely won't make it"

I just began to cry harder
