Broken (Nash Grier and Cameron Dallas)

Chapter 26

Camerons Pov

Nicole has been in the hospital for about a month now. She hasn't woken up or made any progress and they're talking about taking her off life support. I haven't left her side neither had Nash or her mother. We all are hoping she will wake up. We all only leave Nicole's side to shower and change.

The doctors say it's very unlikely she will survive. She has a lot of broken bones and some brain damage. Nash blames himself for her being in the hospital. He has taken it very badly, well all of us have. He hasn't slept well for weeks.

I don't like seeing my two best friends like this. One who is dying and one who looks like he is going to die. I was sleeping until I heard a flatline. Doctors came rushing in, and started cpr. I started screaming.

"Nicole don't do this to me and everyone. We need you here, I need you."

I was grabbed and pushed out of the room.

Nash's Pov

She can't be gone, they need to save her. I need her, I've messed up so many times. Even if she wakes up, she will still hate me. The monitor starts beeping again. The doctors make sure everything is okay then they left.

I went next to the bed, and kissed her forehead.

"I love you, and I know you can pull through"

A few hours later*

I looked at Nicole and she was staring to blink. Her beautiful brown eyes opened. The doctors rushed in and took the tube out of her throat. She looked at me and had no emotion.

"Nash why are you here?"

"I have been here the whole time babe"

"Don't call me babe, where's Emily huh?"

"She's gone, I was stupid. Nicole you're the girl I'm in love with."

"I won't take you back until you prove to me, that you truly love me."

"I will do anything and everything."

"Can I see cameron?"

"Of course he's in the cafeteria I'll go get him."

Nicole's Pov

Cameron walked in and sat next to me. He kissed my forehead.

"I'm so happy you're okay"

He said

"so am I."

"Nicole I need to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"Nash really loves you. He hasn't left your side throughout this. He hasn't slept or ate."

"I know he looks horrible" I joked

"Nicole I'm being serious, give him another chance."

"I already gave him so many chances, and cam they always backfire. I told him I will only take him back if he proves to me I'm the only girl he loves and wants."

"Well I guess that's a start."

We talked for a while and then I fell asleep.
