Chapter 22

Nicole's Pov

Nash came closer to Cameron. He opened his mouth to speak.

"Cam what are you doing here?" he said while doing the guy handshake.

I was surprised to say the least that Nash didn't freak out.

"I heard about Nicole so I came to apologize and see if she was okay."

"Oh okay, as long as you didn't try anything. Well I would love to talk, but I have a date planned with my beautiful girlfriend."

"Go have fun, don't forget to use protection!" Cameron yelled.

We walked to the car and Nash opened the door for me.

"Wow such a gentlemen"

"Just shut up and get in the car" he said while laughing.

He got into the car and handed me a bandana.

"Um don't you think the bandana clashes with my outfit"

He chuckled and said "put it over your eyes"

I listened to him and tied it around my head.

I was feeling really anxious because I can't see anything and I don't know where we're going. Nash saw I was tense so he grabbed my hand. A huge smile appeared across my face.

"You're so beautiful when you blush babe."

"I love you so much, but seriously are we almost there?"

"Impatient much babe, and yes we're here."

"Ok can I take this off?"

"No just hold my hand and I'll guide you."

I began to get really excited.

"Ok take the bandana off."

I took the bandana off and was shocked at what I was seeing. We were at his lake house and there was a romantic candle lit dinner set up on the dock.

"This is amazing! You did this all for me."

"Yeah I wanted to do something really special."

We walked over to the table. He pulled my chair out for me. Then once I sat down he pushed it in.

"You're so sweet Nash."

"I know I try babe"

I look at my plate and saw spaghetti and meatballs.

"Did you make this yourself?"

"Well I had some help from my mom."

"Thank you Nash."

"For what?"

"For always being there for me. You make me feel special even though I'm not. You make me feel loved and appreciated. You make me a better person. I never thought the person I would love would be the person who hurt me the most. But, love works in mysterious ways. I love you more than you will ever know. Nash without you I wouldn't be here anymore. You are my hero. My knight in shining armor. I don't even deserve you because you treat me so good. I love you so much"

"Nicole you are special. You are worth every single thing I do for you. If anything I don't deserve you. You're perfect in every single way. I love you so much it hurts. When we were not together I felt as if I was nothing. I was so broken and I tried to put on a smile because I saw how happy you were with Cameron. I love you with all my heart babe"

I was crying at this point. He treats me like I'm a princess. He stood up from the table and wiped away my tears. Lets go inside babe. I grabbed his hand and followed him into the lake house. He shut and locked the door behind us.

We walked into the bedroom. There were rose petals on the bed and romantic music in the background. He turned around to face me.

"Jump"

I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist. He looked at my eyes and then to my lips.

"Kiss me..." I said.

He smirked and began kissing me. A few minutes later our clothes were off. Well you know what happened next. 😏
