ELLE'S POV

Waking up wasn't easy at all. I legit had to force myself out of bed while the alarm was blaring through my ears.

Fuck me.

I stripped out of my clothes and hopped into the shower. The hot water was enough to release the stress and the tension I was feeling. It was so calming that I forgot I was using up all the hot water. As I grabbed the soap and sponge, I thought about how I should present myself today.

Maybe some light blue high wasted jeans and a black Jordan sweater. Not bad, not bad.

After finishing my shower, I quickly hopped out and dried myself. I applied some Aveeno on my skin before putting on my black lace panties and the bra that matched with it. I then proceeded to put my jeans on, a tank top, and wore my Jordan sweater over it. I looked in the mirror once more before deciding to add a bit of mascara on.

I put my curls in a messy bun and headed downstairs to eat some cereal. After finishing, I left my mom a note on the fridge, reminding her that I was babysitting today.

I finally wore some socks and slipped on my air force ones. I grabbed my phone and keys and headed out before locking the door. Before I went to bed last night, I made sure I had her address on google maps just so I wouldn't get lost.

Thank God it was only a seven-minute walk.

I finally reached her doorstep and it was safe to say, I was in the richest part of the neighborhood. I didn't hesitate to ring the doorbell.

A minute later, I hear shuffling at the door. When the door opened, I wasn't expected to be met with...with a shirtless Greek God wearing grey fucking sweatpants!

Jesus is lawd!

My eyes couldn't help but do a once over on his body. All those tattoos scattering his body made my stomach do a backflip. I finally met his gaze and I swear I forgot how to breathe. He had light freckles that scattered across his face, his sharp jaw was cleaned shaven, hair was ruffled up which made him carelessly added on to the look. It was safe to say he was a very attractive man, I just didn't understand why he was here.

"Who are you?" He asked, breaking the silence between us. "Umm, I'm here to babysit. Who are you?" I asked. His eyebrows shot up, then scrunched down in confusion I'm guessing.

"I think you have the wrong house," he trailed off, ignoring my question. I checked my phone again, making sure the address was right.

"Naw, I think I'm at the right one." I met his gaze again and his stare was so dangerous. His eyes bored into mine as we stayed there in silence. His lips slowly tugged into a smirk before shaking his head while stepping closer to me.

"Look, I don't know who you think you are but if I say you're at the wrong house, you're at the wrong fucking house. Now leave before I make you." I didn't know how else to think right now besides his cologne that filled up my nose.

God, he smells so good.

"Vince?" I hear a familiar voice in the background. "Vincent William Kowalski, are you giving the poor girl a hard time?" It was Peggy. Vince, I'm guessing that was his name, rolled his eyes at me before turning back to Peggy.

"I don't know why she's here. She claims that she's babysitting Ava," he groans and now it's my turn to roll my eyes. What was his problem?

"That's because she is stupido," she smacks him in his head. "Ouch mom, how was I supposed to know? And we don't need a fucking babysitter, I can watch Ava myself." He turns back before giving me a dirty look.
