I'm getting ready for my date with Shawn at 6pm. I still can't believe that we are going on a date and HE LIKES ME, SHAWN MENDES LIKES ME. Wow 🤩 So after I freak out a bit I finally decide I need to get ready so I call my best friend. Call- Me- HEY BISH I NEED UR HELP COME OVER!!! Bishhh- GIRL Y U SCREAMING??? And I'm coming Me- IM GOING ON A DATE!!! Bishhh- OMG NO WAY WITH WHO??? Me- I'll tell u when u get here hurry ur ass up. Bishhh- ok ok I'm coming bye love ya Me- love ya too bye She hungs and I get some of the outfits I think a good. By the time I'm done she knocks on the door and I run downstairs and open the door. "Omg bishhhh!" I say and pull her into a hug. "Sup bishhh," she says as we walk upstairs to my room. "Sooo who is the lucky guy???" I blush and reply, "it's uhhh Shawn!!" She is just standing there shocked. After like 2 mins she screams sooo loud. Luckily my mum isn't home yet. "OMG SHAWN LIKE SHAWN MENDES UR CRUSH FOR LIKE I DONT KNOW HOW LONG???" I nod and smile like crazy. "Bish imma make you look soooo sexy he ain't gonna be able to talk!" I laugh and we start looking for outfits.
After 30 mins we finally choose this....

When I finish getting changed and put my heels on I look myself in the mirror and smile. "Damn sis you are looking smoking hot he ain't gonna be able to look you in the eyes cause he gone be looking at your amazing ass body," I smile and give her a hug and thank her.
Before I knew it there was a knock on the door and I ask my best friend to open the door. "Yeah yeah don't you dare break her heart," I hear my best friend say to Shawn. I decide to go downstairs before she kills him and when I start walking down they turn the heads to me and Shawn looks shocked he couldn't keep his mouth closed. "Mendes close your mouth or a fly will come in," I say with a smirk playing on my lips as I walk in front of Shawn.

"Uhh wow You look amazing more like perfect." Shawn says a little nervous I smile and I wrap my arm around his and we walk out the door. "Byeeee bish Dont do anything i wouldn't do!!!" My best friend yells. I blush and turn my head and flip her off. Shawn opens the door for me and I thank him before he gets into the drivers seat and starts the car. While in the car, "hey Shawn can I Bluetooth some music??" He nods and I connect. I play the playlist my best friend sent me and the first some to come on is privacy by Chris Brown. I start to turn red and I was about to change it until Shawn stops my hand and says, "don't change it I like this song." I nod and I hear Shawn say the lyrics quietly thinking I can't hear him but I can.
"Know I gotta kiss it, baby Give it to me, lick it, lick it inside and out You know that I just wanna make love Want you to scream and shout And baby, when I'm deep in it now I'ma slow it down, 'cause ain't no speed limit When we're moving at the speed of sound" I turn my head to look at Shawn and he is smirking at me.
We finally arrive at the place Shawn was taking me and he of course opens the door for me which I smile in return and we walk to the front of the restaurant. While we wait Shawn slips his hand in mine and I look down at our hands and look back up to see him smiling at me.
"Hi, how can I help you 2 today?" The receptionist said. "Hi I have a reservation for Mendes." Shawn says and we wait until they show us to our table.
We sit down and look at the menu. Ooo I think imma get the Alfredo pasta or maybe steak? Ughhh why is choosing food so hard? I was snapped out of my thoughts when Shawn places his hand on my thigh. "Hey uhh-," I look up and see Shawn pretty shy yet having a smirk on his lips. "Sorry umm you looking perfect andsexy," Shawn says the last part fast while I try and figure out what he said. "And what?" Shawn says, "and sexy!" I blush and reply, "well you don't look to back yourself Mendes," with a smirk.
"Hi I'll be your waiter tonight what would you like to start off with?" I look at Shawn and he says, "we will please get lemon lime and bitters for both of us." She nods her head. "And for the meals?" "I would like the Alfredo pasta-" and Shawn looks at me and said, "make that 2 please." She nods her head and replies, "the orders will be out soon!" I say thank you as she leaves with our menus.
"Soo...." Shawn starts, "sooo how long have you liked me for?" He smiles and replies, "maybe 1 year now!" "ONE YEAR!!" I exclaim and Shawn nods. "How bout you how long have you liked me?" I gulp and say, "about 2-3 years now." Shawns eyes widen and takes my hand in his which makes me smile.
After 40 mins the food arrived and we just seat there eating quietly but it was a comfortable silence. Once we were done we are about to pay and Shawn and I were arguing on who was gonna pay, eventually Shawn won but in return we get to go back to his place. Hey not in a dirty way get your mind out of the gutter. We were in the car on the way to Shawn's place when I admire shawn's features.
Once we pull up at his place before he can get out I unbuckle my seat beat and go to his side and straddle his lap. Shawn looks into my eyes and then looks down at my lips and I do the exact same and before we know it we are having a steaming make out session in his car.
We both pull away out of breath and we get out of the car but Shawn doesn't take my hand he all of a sudden carries me bridal style into his place.
For the rest of the night we Netflix and chill and cuddle and eventually I fall asleep and the last thing I remember hearing is, "I can't wait to make you mine!" And after that I was knocked out like a baby.
