-Zedaph PoV-
I shifted at my bed as I kept on thinking about Tango. It has been a week since. Me and Impulse are in a hotel, since the murder scene place are guarded by the polices and armies to investigate, for possible clue.I look at Impulse who slept at the bed next to mine. He has bags under his eyes, his hair is messier than always, he became skinnier, and it breaks my heart to see my best friend like that.
I sighed as I know I am the same. But hey, it didn't help due the fact I found his body. Tango never told us his last name, and we thought that it won't matter. Little did we know that his last name is Tek, and he is the one who is targeted.
Suddenly, my phone rang. I got it out of the drawer, and lift it to my face. It is from an unknown number. Out of curiousity, I pick it up. And I am not suspect a very familliar voice greeted me as I widened at it's sound.
"Hey, Zedaph. It's me, Tango,"
-3rd person PoV-
"What-" Zedaph whispered, as he froze unbelieving. The voice from the call is really similiar to Tango, he doubt it is someone else."No time to explain. Get to the roof top, now," Tango's voice sounded worried, as in something bad will happend. Tango then hung up the call, leaving Zedaph to froze alone at the night. Then, Zedaph shot out of his bed, and woke Impulse up.
"Zed, what the heck- it's 3 am," Impulse say as he rubbed his eyes. Zedaph rolled his eyes,
"I got a phone call. And the person who called me sounded exactly like Tango," Zedaph said, "they told me to go to the roof top, but I am afraid if something might happend, so I woke you up," he countinued,
Impulse gave Zedaph an uneasy look. As then he sighed in defeat seeing his best friend's gaze of seriousness. He then grab his coat. Zedaph followed his suit, and grab his sweater. The two slowly make their way to the roof top.
"You finally came," an unfammiliar voice greeted, as soon as the duo reached the clearing at the roof top. The two shotted their heads towards the direction of the voice.
There, stood a dead like figure. He is wearing a dark cloak with a hoodie as he bring a scythe at his back. Behind his scythe, two big black bat wings displayed, casting shadows upon his figure. Impulse and Zedaph could barely see his brunette hair, and dog like features, along with his sunglasses.
Beside the man, stood Tango, in a ghost like figure. He is transparent, as his body is all colourless. Ghostly chains are attached to his hands, collar, and feet. He looked down at the ground below him, as he avoids any eye contacts.
"Who- what are you?" Zedaph asked to the figure, who just smiled in response.
"My name is Grimdog. I am one of the superiors of the black rose organization," the figure started, "from what I heard from your thoughts, you have choosen to revive all the people we've directly targeted, rather than allowing them to have internal peace," he saud again,
"Wait what- you guys can read thoughts??" Impulse asked, as he steadyly got into his fighting position,
"Yes, actually. Tho we could only use it sometimes," Grim said, shrugging. "Forgot about this conversation. I am here to get the deal," he said, as he make Tango more living.
"Is there a reason why you revive the person your organization killed?" Zedaph asked, in a serious, and mad tone. Grim grinned evilly. He teleported himself in front of Zedaph, and slamming Tango upon the cold tile floor.
"Tango!" Zedaph said as he ran towards his friend that now has a physical body. As Tango coughed up some blood. Impulse just frozed, unable to do anything, as he saw Zedaph dropped to the ground, shotted with a dart, becoming uncouncious.
"What did you do to him?!" Impulse demanded, as he protectively stood im front of his two uncouncious best friends. But alas, Grim just summoned a long chain, and snatch Zedaph away, before Impulse could even react.
"Nothing, just making him sleeping," Grim replied. He smiled slyly as he looked at Impulse. "Do you really think that it won't cost anything to revive them? Think again, Serpent king," Grim said, as he disappear at the moonlight beam, leaving uncouncious Tango and Impulse alone at the roof top.

Mhm, I like where this is going. Warning tho, from this point, this story will have so many betrayal, angst, gore, blood, and violence. So if you are uncomfortable with that, just don't read this shit.Oh, and an update to my full story. I thinked again, and I decided to make it not HC (sorry). HOWEVER I will post 'the tale of the three brothers' story after I make it's cover. I figured that the 'Multiple souls' story line isn't quite matching with HC, so I decided to make it original.
As for my mark meme for Permatwist AU, ungghhhh, yeah, I still have a serious artblock. So I won't be doing art at my instagram for maybe a few weeks :/
Last but not least, sorry for the late update, and I hope y'all have a great day or night or whateveryourtimeisnowatyourplace.
