KongPob decided to show up on Thursday at the cafe but he had called Trim to exchange their shifts for the time being. The major reason  being that he didn't want to spend sooo much time with San in that space and also it was convenient for him to be on the evening shift so that he won't miss any work on Friday when he left for the trip. He couldn't hide the fact that he was more than excited on going on this beach trip with his darling P'Arthit. Sure his other friends will be there but this would be another opportunity for them to create new memories and have some fun. He wished people could see this thoughtful and attentive side of P'Arthit since they often mistook him as harsh and rude but at the same time, he liked that he was the only one who knew such sides.
Anyway, his demeanour and behaviour all changed when  he alighted from the taxi and walked towards the black and gold themed cafe. It was around 4 pm which was when Trim was getting off schedule. The cafe was a bit busy and KongPob breathed a sigh of relief when he saw P'San preoccupied. He was immediately jumped by Trim though, who pulled him to the back.
“Ohhhhh P'KongPob, I thought I would never see you again,” Trim whispered before hugging KongPob.
“I heard what happened, obviously from the source itself and I was more than sure that you had upped and left for good. I know I would do so.....that's sexual harassment if you ask me. That's why I was so shocked when you called me this morning to shift places though I understand you, I also don't understand you. Why are you still here P'KongPob?........ I told you that P'San is dangerous and look what he did!!!!!!!!!”
“Shhhh, Trim....... One thing at a time.” KongPob commented since Trim had gained  crescendo in tone and was on the verge of yelling. Clearly, she felt a need to protect yet reprimand KongPob.

“I know what he did was wrong and I'm preety sure he knows it as well. The reason I'm still here is because my personal and professional lives do not mix with each other and I am not one to halfway give up because of my problems outside. On a personal basis, P'San and I are in conflict but professionally, he hasn't done anything and I think it would be very selfish and unethical to bring up such into the workplace.” he replied though Trim wasn't satisfied.
“Then why ask me exchange ka? If you have so issues working together?” she threw back adjusting her pigtails.
“Trim, you know as well as I do that P'San would use that to try and talk to me even if I tell him not to. As you said, he is persistent and I am only human, I don't want any further tension that there already is.”
“Mmh, you're right P'KongPob... but please be more careful now. If you see P'San forcing issues just call me and I'll come to help ok na?” Trim puppy asked and KongPob nodded.
“By the way, have you told P'Arthit or are we burying this forever?” she whispered tip-toeing to reach his ear.
“Not yet Trim, but I will tell when the time is right. I don't want to have any secrets between the two of us especially something as big as this. It could bring trust issues later on.”
“Mhhh.... good thinking. Oh P'KongPob, I feel so bad that you're going through so much when you are such a good guy but don't worry Nong Trim is here to help you with anything na so keep fighting.” she cheekily replied and motioned with her hands.
“Thank you Trim. Your help and friendshipean alot to me.”
Then then exited with Trim leaving the cafe immediately and KongPob being left to face the music.

The shop was in dead silence with KongPob working on one end of the corner and San on the other. If this didn't show San that KongPob was out of reach then he didn't know what will. San hard tried his hardest to reach out to KongPob but KongPob made it impossible. He stick to only work related issues and shut down any talk outside that. He never knew that KongPob could be such a locked up person when he decided to and honestly it was hurting him bad. He decided to persevere until all customers were gone so that he could get a chance to explain himself properly or at least mend what was now hanging on a unraveling string. It was close to 6:30 now and they were the only two left. San obviously knew that once KongPob finished wiping the tables, he would leave immediately and he could not afford that. He thought of how he could get KongPob's attention but came to mind. Well, nothing good at least. Most of his ideas were about cornering KongPob and forcing him to listen but he doubted that, that kind of approach would get him anywhere. In fact, it could just make it worse.
