Chapter 35

"Cheers to our last year!!!!!!!!!!!" Knot's husky voice roared as the group of 4th years raised their glasses to each other. The air was filled with whooping and shouts of joy especially from Bright who had already taken a bit tooo much of alcohol.
"YESSSSSSSSSSSS- MY..... OUR LAST FUCKING YEAR THEN FREEEEDOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!! FREEEEE...... FROM THE -ESALVER....... ENSLAVERY OF THIS FUCKING SCHOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!! CHEERS EVERYONE, LET'S DRINK WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!"
The gang let him be as they celebrated together as they entered the final round before they graduated. The whole team had gathered at the same rooftop as last time to celebrate coming back to school and the new student titles they had acquired. It was also to reminisce the last year and all that happened and marvel at how they had reached that point. P'Arthit was with his group while KongPob was i a mother corner with his friends. The whole gang was happy to see each other again and shared their experiences about their part time jobs. Some were laughable while others weren't sooo much. KongPob told them as much as he could but he left out the San drama for obvious reasons. His friends could get a bit too interested in his past conflict which he wanted to forget.
He was busy interacting with Tew and M having a good laugh when he felt them go silent and look behind him. KongPob turned back and came face to face with P'Arthit's beaming face. He was a bit flushed, a sign tabt he had drunk a bit but still conscious of himself.
"KongPob, a moment," he said glancing at him before turning to leave. KongPob stood there smiling before he was pushed forward by Tew to follow and resumingly left them. He follkwed P'Arthit to the same spot they had shared their first kiss and found him already sitting on the bench overlooking the scenery below.
"P'Arthit krap," KongPob started as he sat down. A silence engulfed them before P'Arthit turned around and grabbed something from his pocket.
"Close your eyes Kong." he ordered to which KongPob followed. KongPob's heart was beating furiously as though it was the first time they were alone and waiting patiently. He had something being unboxed then felt a cold substance against his neck. P'Arthit's breathe tickled his back hair and his cologne infiltrated almost every part of KongPob's mind. The whole thing took 3 minutes before KongPob was told to open his eyes and he found a simple, silver necklace around his neck. It was long and a bit thick and at the end held two small rings, smaller than his pinky fingers.
"What is this P'Arthit krap?" KongPob asked out of wonderful curiosity.
"Merry Christmas KongPob. I know it's late now but I still wanted to get you a gift." Arthit replied looking satisfied as how the necklace fitted KongPob and how handsome KongPob was with it. The pair hadn't spent Christmas together with KongPob spending it with his family and Arthit as well visited home. KongPob had a wonderful time with his mom and dad and P'Pam and had been surprised with the most unexpected gift of all;a brand new scooter. The model was one of the luxurious brands and he was sure it cost a fortune but his parents wanted him to have convinience when coming back and forth from school and save that money he was using for transport to fuel. KongPob had been extremely grateful for the present and he thought of how he would now be able to carry P'Arthit from time to time and leave his breakable bicycle alone.
"It's beautiful P'Arthit krap. I also got you something but it's back at my dorm so you will have to wait a bit before you get it."
"It's fine KongPob, I'm happy that we're just here together. It's my last year and you're no longer a freshman. Another beginning for us is here and I want us to enjoy as much as possible." P'Arthit said as he leaned against KongPob who put his arm around him.
"Are you excited to be graduating soon?"
"I'm not sure Kong, I'm happy that I reached this far but I'm also a bit scared of the future. I don't know if it'll be worth it or I will regret later on but I don't want to think about it. All I want to do my best in every moment..... And to have you next to me all the time." Arthit said raising his head to see KongPob well.
"I know P'Arthit krap and I'm scared to but as long as we walk together, we can overcome anything." KongPob replied as he placed a small kiss on P'Arthit's head. The two remained locked in each other's arms for a while then, looking and pondering. This year had just began and new chapters were coming for them and of course there was the fear of uncertainty. With everything that had happened the last few months, both were aware that their journey was far from over. Many more obstacles would come their way and they didn't know if they would overcome them well, maybe even feel as though they didn't belong together that and many more would come but KongPob and Arthit made a promise to themselves at that point that they would strive to be better and be together.
In this quiet and heartwarming moment, the two knew that they didn't want to turn back or give up and wanted to be in each other's life as long as possible. They didn't know what the future would bring but as long as they held each other's hands and walked this path together, they were sure they would come out victorious.

"I love you P'Arthit." KongPob softly said as he stated at the stars. P'Arthit's face flushed as a giggle passed through him and he just relaxed himself in KongPob's arms.
"I love you too Kong." he said back, a smile encroaching on his face. KongPob's face lit up and he laughed as he held Arthit closer to himself. They stayed there like that for a few hours before they eventually were called back to the party by the rest. KongPob's heart was at ease as he prepared to go back and was suddenly pulled back by Arthit for a sweet kiss on the rooftop. KongPob couldn't help but smile into the kiss before he properly dipped in and the two had another memory created. They both smile at each other after that then headed back to their friends, with hearts beating with much love.
Their story was far from over and they knew it would be hard at time but that didn't deter their hearts. This Secret of Our True Love between Us was a building momentum in which KongPob and Arthit wanted to see the end of it and see it flourish into this beautiful piece that would shine hjst as bright as the stars above.

It's sad that it ends here but I have had a great time writing this story and just creating this moment for them. I tried my best to grab the essence of both of them and not stray to far from the series itself but I also put in some characteristics of Krist and Singto so I hope you can notice that and got the hidden series points in the story.
