Roman's POV

"These are all the notes from our first three subjects this morning oh and we also have some homework, I'll give you some of that later," Patton said giving me three notebooks at the same time.

"Okay, Patton, thank you, but you should've just give this to me later. I'll be going back to class after lunch after all," I said giving the notebooks back to him.

"Are you sure you're okay now?," he asked then checked my temperature with the back of his hand on my forehead.

"See? I don't have a fever anymore and I'm well rested now after taking a nap, meaning I could go back to class now," I reassured him. He gave me smile.

"If you say so," he said and stood up from his seat.

"Let's go have lunch with Logie now, he's probably by the bleachers reading a book," he said. I nodded and got off from the bed.

The two of us got out of the clinic to go to the bleachers where Logan probably is.

"The next time you are sleep deprived, don't go and take a bath. Just take a quick shower to freshen up. Being sleep deprived causes headaches and taking a long bath doesn't help it," Logan said while reading on his book.

"Yeah, yeah, I get it, Mom," I said sarcastically and took a bite of my sandwich.

"Excuse me?," Logan asked with raised eyebrow looking at me.

"You could go through!," Patton said laughing. I snickered and Logan just sighed, continuing to read his book.

We chatted for the whole lunch time, well Patton and I did, Logan was just reading his book and getting in the conversation at few of our topics. We finished up and got ready to go back to the classroom. On our way there, I noticed three figures coming from the back of the school.

'They had lunch at the back of the school?' I thought, watching the three of them go inside the building first. Logan and Patton didn't notice them, as Logan was still reading his book and Patton was talking to him, but I did and they looked very suspicious too because they looked like they were checking if the coast was clear before going out.

'What were they doing?' I thought suspiciously.

'Something is definitely off with those three. But Virgil was with some kids yesterday and he seemed very nice, maybe he just hangs out with those two and just covers them up. Yeah, that maybe it, Stormcloud DX can't possibly be a bad guy, right?' So many thoughts are running around my head that I almost hit a pole. It was a good thing Logan got my arm and pulled me, making me snap out of my thoughts.

"T-Thanks," I said. He nodded.

Patton wasn't looking back and was just rambling about something. Good thing he didn't see that or he might get worried that I wasn't paying attention of my surroundings. The three of us got to class before the school bell rang and waited for the next teacher to come.

{TIME SKIP}

The final school bell rang meaning class is over. But before dismissing the class, Mr. Sanders announced something.

"Okay class, in just two weeks we'll be assigning classroom officers. They'll be in charge of the class while the teachers are gone. So take time to know each other more so that y'all have no problem in choosing a president of your class. Remember, the classroom president should be responsible enough to take care of you. Now that's all for today, have fun in your after school club activities and go home safely. Class dismiss," he said with a smile and went out of the classroom with his stuff.
