Link once again activated the portal to travel to and from Naboris, a womans voice was heard as soon as the portal opened,

Well, well, well...

Link looked back, the face of familiarity now upon him as the voice continued,

You sure do know how to keep a woman waiting.
I can't wait to see you take Naboris back from Ganon!

She had much confidence in her voice, as if she knew Link was highly capable of being able to go through.
Fay just hoped it didn't go to Link's head again, the last time Sidon praised him, things didn't end up well.

One thing at a time,  you'll need a map to find your way around.
Head over to the guidance stone inside Naboris' main room. Sounds easy, right?

Faylana sighed as Link now ran headfirst inside, taking down a Guardian scout and a Malice Eye, walking down Naboris' main frame and up the frames.
The map was distilled and their Beast was complicated from the last two.
Three sections, a head and a tail, all working with electricity.

Good Work getting the map of the Divine Beast,
The woman spoke up, making Fay grimace as Link smiled widely,
Take Naboris back by activating all the terminals!
You're ready for this!

Link hopped to it, looking back at Fay before he jumped off the platform.

"What's wrong?" He asked, "Aren't you coming?"

Faylana held her arms lightly,
"This won't be like Vah Medoh or Sidon, right?"

Link turned back, walking to the worried girl.
"What do you mean?"

"I mean, you won't get that confidence in your head again, right? The last time it happened,it hasn't been so good."

Faylana squeezed her body, making Link rethink his actions, but slightly looking back at Fay with a stand off-ish glare.

"Do you think I can't do this?" He retorted, "Can't solve Naboris without assuming I'm Overconfident?"

Faylana stepped back slightly,
"That's not what I meant."

"I get it, lately I haven't been the best of people, but can't you of All people Trust me now?"

Faylana stood silent, making Link grimace and scowl.
"Fine. Then stay near the entrance while I finish the terminals, since you can't help but jump to conclusions every time I get a pat on the back."

The hero jumped off the ledge as he left Fay to herself. She slowly walked back down to the stairs.
Everything was fine, why did he feel the need to believe she didn't trust him?

Because you know deep down you doubt him.

A tall woman, just like Riju, appeared faintly before Faylana as she stood by her side.

Why is that

"As of late, he has been very overconfident, headstrong. And... it's gotten us into alot of danger."
Faylana squeezed her arms, frowning as the lady placed her hand on Fay's shoulder, causing her to shudder.

What I did wasn't to stroke his ego, but because I have seen what he is capable of.
I know how hard he has trained and what rank he had. He was the Princess's Protector, a job You know to be very Hard for those without the needed qualities.

Faylana looked at the woman in question and wonder,
"How did you know about me?"

The spirit smiled warmly,
Your legend has been told in my town as well as all of Hyrule. The Hero would need a Guardian, a Protector that matched his strength and Courage to rid the world of evil.
Yet something tells me, that there is something holding you back.
