Platinum blonde hair, platinum blonde, such a rare colour, such a beautiful one. The strands of hair wrapped together in a loose French braid that fell perfectly across the woman’s bare shoulder. Her strong collar bone leading up to a slender neck with skin as fair as porcelain. Her chin and jawline so perfectly fit, her pale skin letting her rosy lips stand out. Her adorable little button nose decorated by the light touch of freckles and a blush to her cheeks. “Hi.” I heard that familiar voice whisper softly, pulling me from my daze and making me feel fuzzy inside.

I lifted my eyes and felt a wave of nauseous crash into me as soon as they found hers. My skin paled and I quickly pulled away from Elsa’s touch, causing an awful frown to form to the beauty’s face. That cursed colour, it’s in her eyes. How unfortunate. I scooted back, now an arm length between me and my friend. Truly unfortunate. “(Y/N), what’s wrong?” I felt horrible as I heard Elsa’s confusion and concern, but I couldn’t make myself to look away from those eyes and get myself to give her the right response.

“I changed my mind, I have to go…” I pushed myself up from the ground and turned around, my feet about to take me away from here, but I felt a rough tuck at my coat.

“No you don’t.” I swallowed with difficulty as I felt my whole body stiffen at hearing her voice. I felt her let go of my coat as she realised I wouldn’t go anywhere, couldn’t really, and heard her standing up before she placed her hand on my shoulder. Slowly I felt her turning me back around to face her again, making me inhale sharply, my eyes focusing on the leaves on the ground. “Just look at me.” So kind, with a slight edge of desperation. For her I want to. That damned colour, I can’t look at it without shaking. “Blue, isn’t it.” She is so smart. Too smart, this could be dangerous. She could get in danger. I kept my mouth shut, not daring to speak right now as I could feel her crystal eyes studying me.

I felt her warm palm press against my cheek, my skin lightening up with a deep blush and while I was busy with the amazing feeling that spread throughout my body, she had already tilted my head up again. “It’s not scary, I promise.” I bit my lip under the cloth still covering my face as I felt my mind give into her. This is bad. This is so bad. Why not brown eyes or green once, why blue. That awful colour. I furrowed my brows in frustration and snapped my eyes up to lock with hers once more, and there I was left melting to a puddle to the ground.

Those blue orbs, like shining, ice cold, crystals, they were so warm. Glimmers of pure adoration and wonder sparkling in those eyes, pure care and concern. Eyes have never looked at me like that before and now a beautiful pair does, a pair of blue orbs. That awfully beautiful colour. Those eyes are so beautiful. My heart skipped a beat as I saw Elsa for the first time, seeing how her eyes complimented not only her beauty, but her personality too. Those eyes could send ice spikes to anyone who opposes her, but look at me with such warmth. I couldn’t seem to control what I did next as I dove forward and wrapped my arms around the platinum blond’s waist.

I felt her chest lift up as she inhaled deeply, letting me to pull her even closer as she exhaled again. Slowly, but surely, Elsa’s arms found their way around me as well, making me blush as one of her hands found its place on my lower back, the other laying against the back of my head. “You’re having a rough time, aren’t you?” Elsa sounded sad as if the hurt I was feeling was easily transferred to her, for her to understand. A hard time is an understatement.

I felt a sob crawl up my throat, but refused to let it slip past my defences like my tears had successfully done already. I nodded my head against her shoulder and couldn’t help the little, pathetic sniff that followed after. I pressed my eyes close just as Elsa squeezed me against her warm body before she stepped back for us to lock eyes again. “I understand.” God, does that sound good. She understands and I believe she really does. I kept my eyes trained on hers while she moved her hand to my face and let her thumb stroke the tears away from under my eyes.

Her touch was careful and I knew why, those bruises had caught her attention. I watched her lips part, but they pressed together into a thin line just as easily, leaving the woman to gift me a small smile. That wonderful feeling from before disappeared as I quickly looked away from Elsa again. "Lets…... let's just…." Elsa nodded, not having to hear the rest to understand what I meant. Her hand glided down my arm to my slightly trembling hand before taking it in her delicate one and started pulling me back to our previous spots by the boulder.

“You have beautiful (E/C) eyes…” I heard a low whisper from the gorgeous woman beside me whose fingers were now laced with mine resting on the ground between us. I bit my lip and yet again the blush returned to my cheeks. I felt a warm and tingling feeling in my stomach, causing for a broad smile to tuck on the corners of my lips. I have never been told I had beautiful eyes. Well, I have never been complimented before. But no matter if I had heard those words from someone else before, hearing them from Elsa left me feeling most precious.

“Yours are beautiful too…..” I mumbled back, hoping she couldn’t hear the smile in my voice. “You are beautiful.” I pulled my knees up to my chest, hugging them closer with my free arm as I looked the other way. I can’t believe I have been talking to such a beauty all this time. She is someone you could only hope to dream of. How is it possible she had stumbled upon me. Me of all people.

I heard a soft sigh, followed by a light laugh as Elsa gave my hand a gentle squeeze. “Thank you.” I still didn’t know if she had heard my smile in my voice before, but I could clearly hear hers. I felt Elsa moving around beside me, her placing our hands on her lap as she scooted closer. I waited in silent anticipation for what she was planning to do, feeling my insides blossoming again as her shoulder touched mine. “Tell me about your day.” I listened to the words her voice had sculpted so well and let the blonde beauty lean her head on my shoulder, leaving me to battle the amazing feeling settling inside of me with Elsa this close.

“I have started to put my reading skills to the test.” I started, telling her as much yet as little as I could of my activities that day or any day what so ever. I didn’t want to let her in on our campsite, the Anar Dogmas nor my horrible situation there. I don’t want to talk about the things I’m trying to get away from, I want Elsa to take me away from all that and keep me away from my supposed home for as long as she could.

As I was talking, forming more words then I have ever done before, Elsa stayed leaning against me. Listening in silence as I rambled on about my days, for once it wasn’t me enjoying someone’s voice and stories.

“I will be back tomorrow.” Our hands had yet to find their way back to our own sides as we stood in front one another. It had started to become really dark and I refused to keep Elsa any longer, although she had said it would be fine. I wanted her to get home safely and had even offer to walk her home, against my own word, to which she had quickly said no to. This left my mind wander to how little I know of her, yet I know her. She is still hiding so much from me which left me itching.

I nodded my head and watched a small smile appear to Elsa’s soft looking lips. She looks so beautiful, even more so now that the moonlight has found her. Embracing her in its soft glow. I averting my eyes away from her, casting them down to the ground were I could bring myself to let go of her hand. I stepped away, creating space between us, but the little space I had created only serving for evidence of how attached I had become to Elsa.

I was waiting anxiously for the moment where Elsa would bid her goodbye, but it seemed something on the blond’s mind kept her from moving. I carefully looked up from just under my hood to only see what almost brought my heart to a stop. She bit her lip in thought as her eyes started to nervously shy away before she cleared her throat and this wonderful fenomena disappeared at the sound. “Be careful…” As she spoke her eyes seek to catch mine, leaving me to learn what’s behind her words. “on your way home.” I had to stop myself from cringing at that word and from the look in Elsa’s eyes, she knew I was happy to just sleep here in the woods.

Even though I hate going back there and to have to call it my home, if Elsa had asked me to come with her, I would’ve declined. Even if the urge of wanting to know more about the blonde was overwhelming, I don’t want her to be found with me. I’m already risking so much. “I will.” I said, trying to reassure her for her to go home without hesitation. It felt weird in some way, to have to reassure someone of my safety. Not only because I had never done it before, but also because it made my heart sink to the pits of my stomach as I knew I was lying. And making me even more afraid was the thought of Elsa surly knowing something or someone was going to make sure I wasn’t safe.
