Isabella isn't the only Swan sister. She has a little sister that is 6 months younger than her (Charlie cheated on Renee when he was drunk) however her mother died during childbirth so Renee took her when she left with Bella.
So with the babies I wake up every two hours the final time I woke up and decided to stay up was 7 am. Then I fed them and changed them into this outfit.

Carlisle came in and kissed me so I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back. He pushed me toward the bed and I fell backwards. He untied my top and started kissing down my stomach, that's when Jas had to make sure we knew she was awake by crying. I sighed and said "we have to wait six weeks anyway" he said "not for my tongue we don't" he got up and picked her up and soothed her. I tied my top back up and grabbed Raiden and Summer.
