Isabella isn't the only Swan sister. She has a little sister that is 6 months younger than her (Charlie cheated on Renee when he was drunk) however her mother died during childbirth so Renee took her when she left with Bella.
I went home from school and in my room I saw a few suit cases with a note from Alice that said
"Dear Nova, I am very sorry for the way Carlisle is acting just know I love you and my future sibling here is my new number to send me pics and text me. No one can know you have my new number not even Bella. I added funds to your bank account I know you have plenty of money but if I can't see him or her I want to at least give money so I doubled what you have. Love Alice"
I laid in bed after putting the bagged test in my closet. I woke up to Charlie shaking me I said "what's going on?" Charlie said "where is Bella?" I said "I don't know" he ran downstairs with me following him. Outside was a search party, Charlie said "I'll call the Cullens" I said "no use they fuckin left today" Charlie looked at me and billy said "we will find her Charlie" Jacob said "Charlie!" We all looked up.
A buff man was carrying Bella out of the woods. She kept mumbling "he left" the doctor checked her over and said "she is in shock but should be fine" Charlie thanked everyone as they left. It came in all sizes from newborn to 12 months. I stuck them in a box in my closet, then I went to bed.

I went to school and sat by myself then called the dr. Dr: hello, this is Dr Montgomery Nova: hello my name is Novalyn Swan and I need to make an appointment I took an at home test and it came out positive" Dr: alright what is your birthday? Nova: January 16, 1988 Dr: ok Novalyn does Friday at 4 sound ok? Nova: absolutely see you then.
I hung up and ate some fruit, before heading to class.
Bella barely did anything, except sit in her chair and stare out her window. I tried to talk to her but I got no answer. After school on Friday I went to the doctor I told Charlie I had one because I don't feel good. He offered to go with me but I told him it was ok.
At the appointment the doctor took an ultrasound and said I'm about 4 weeks along. Which means my due date is June 1st. Which means I have to come back every two weeks for more updates. I wiped my stomach off and went home I guess it's time to tell Charlie.
When I got home I said "Dad? Can I talk to you?" He said "in the living room Nova" I went to the living room taking a deep breath. He shut off the tv and gave me his undivided attention. I said "I realize you are going through a lot with Bella and I don't mean to make more stress for you, I realize I am only 17 but the doctor said I am pregnant with twins. Dad I know I messed up and I am sorry please forgive me" he sighed and looked at me with disappointment he stayed quiet for like 5 minutes before he said "how far along are you?" I said "4 weeks" I showed him this picture.

He took the picture and pulled me down to sit next to him "Novalyn who is the father?" He looked at me and I sighed "it doesn't matter he moved away" he hugged me and said "what do you want to do?" I said "I want to keep them dad" he said "ok hunny I will help you" I leaned against him and he wrapped his arms around me.
October: I celebrated Halloween by decorating.
November: thanksgiving we went to the black house.
December: Christmas the blacks came to our house.
It was finally January 16th my 18th birthday, and I am officially 4 months along and I get to find out the sex of my babies. Bella is still a zombie, we were heading to school today when he slammed her truck door shut before she got in it. He said "that's it I'm sending you to Jacksonville to live with your mother" Bella said "no I'm not going anywhere I have friends here" Charlie said "you don't even see them anymore Bella, I love you, I don't want you too leave, baby I don't but I think it will be good for you." Bella said" I am going to see a movie with Jessica tonight" he said "ok" she got in her truck and left for school, And I followed behind her.
After school Bella went out with Jessica and I went to my sonogram appointment. Oh my second appointment told me it was triplets one of the embryos split in half. I had also texted Alice to asked Carlisle is if I can use the house she told him she had a vision of me using it and it said it was fine so I am also in the process of moving out and decorating the nurseries."
My appointment revealed I was having a little boy and two little girls. So after my appointment I went to the store and bought everything I needed and started painting the rooms. It took me a whole month but my nurseries were finished. In fact I decorated all the common rooms as well and my room. Bella spent all her time at jakes house so I had plenty of time.
Charlie eventually found out the father of the babies but he couldn't do anything because I was 17 and consensual age is 16, however, he was far from happy. Once the house was all decorated I moved all my stuff there and lived there full time.
Bella never even realized I moved out, she only cares about herself. She is leading poor Jacob on and it's very sad.
