Chapter Twelve

It's Thursday and Avia is pacing around her dorm room. Both Rita and Nate looked at Avia concerned as she flopped face down onto her bed. Avia has agreed to get the place with Rita, Nate and Alec but she has yet to tell Aria about all this. Avia rolled onto her back, grabbed the pillow and cover her face into it.

"When are you going to tell your sister about all this?" Nate asked his tiny friend as he pulled the pillow away from her face. Then there was a knock on the door.

"That's her." Avia says as she started to panic.

Rita moved from her bed to Avia's to comfort her best friend and roommate. Nate went to open the door; he opened the door to let Aria in and guided her to sit on Rita's bed. Aria looked at Nate, Rita and Avia confused as to why she was called to the Foster-Gomez dorm.

"Alright, this is awkward. Aria, Avia has something she'd like to tell you. We just ask to not get mad at her." Rita said softly.

Aria looked over at her twin sister whom is looking down at her hands that are placed in her lap. Avia took a deep breath and looked up and into Aria's light brown eyes.

"Yesterday I was at lunch with Alec. I got a text from Rita about a house that Rita and Nate want to move into. However, the price is a bit too much out of their price range. So, they asked if Alec and I would like to get the house with them. I have to talk to the Headmaster Harvey about it since I am a freshman, but I have already accepted the offer." Avia told Aria.

There was a minute of silence from everyone in the room. As Aria was soaking in what her sister had just told her, the door opened and Alec walked through the door. Alec had stopped walking when he saw Nate with his arm wrapped around and silencing comforting Avia. He then saw Aria sitting across from them with an unreadable expression on her face. Nate move to sit next to Rita so Alec can sit next Avia, Alec made his way slowly over to take the seat next to Avia.

"I'm guessing you just told her." Alec whispered to Avia.

All Avia did was nod her head as she looked at her hands that are now clasped with Alec's. Afraid to open her mouth.

"Okay."

Avia's head shot up to look at her sister.

"Okay?"

"Okay." Aria shrugged her shoulders. "I was about to go to the Headmaster Harvey and see if I could move off site as well. Chloe and I have arranged for us to move in together once we had finished this year."

Avia smiled at her sister and tackled Aria so they are laying down on Rita's bed. Aria smiled and wrapped her arms around her 2-minute older sister. Rita let out a massive breath that she had held in.

"But you have to come with me to tell mum if this is approved by the Headmaster Harvey." Aria spoke seriously to her sister.

"If mum finds out that I'm moving in not one by two guys, she'll murder me. Brutally." Avia's eyes widen as she spoke to Aria.

"She won't murder you. Not if Alec, Nate and Rita are there with us. Besides, she's basically already disowned us anyways." Aria shrugged her shoulders as she said that coldly.

"Okay, fine. Only because Alec is coming."

"I'm what? Oh no, no, no, no. I... I can't, I'm busy. Mum wants me to bring Avia back home this weekend."

"But your mum is in England visiting you other family." Avia tilted her head smiling knowing he can't get out of this.

"I have to work on homework... for creative writing."
