The whole team were all shocked upon hearing the name of Stella's fiance. Laila Mori and Yuko Mori knew very well that the person who was just mentioned by Stella, was their well-known acquaintance since childhood.
"It would be very complicated if we keep Stella here", said Yuko in a worried tone. Laila also agreed to her brother's words.
They all know that they would be in trouble keeping Stella with them. Everyone seemed to be thinking of what to say. It's really heartbreaking to imagine that huge and influential families would clash because of a person. They were all silent.
Stella turned her back and spoke in a low voice: "Okay, I completely understand. I'm leaving."
"No one is leaving Miss Assistant!", said Adelbert in a very authoritative voice. Adelbert walked towards Stella, handed a piece of paper and said, "Sign it, then everything would be fine."
The rest of the team were unable to speak because of the situation. Once Adelbert decides on something, they can't argue or even disagree.
"Why are you helping me?", Stella responded in a confused tone and looked at Adelbert's tantalizing chestnut brown eyes.
"Because it has already been decided last night. Am I correct, Miss Assistant?", said Adelbert.
Stella hesitated to agree but she responded, "Yes boss. Thank you for accepting me."
She signed the contract document and gave it back to Adelbert. The band members, including their manager, witnessed the said signing of contract.
"Alright! It's finally settled. Let's all prepare for tonight's show", Laila wrapped up the conversation and turned away. In Laila's mind, though Adelbert gave assurance to take responsibilities for his actions, she can't avoid being anxious about it.
Before the band members left, Stella asked them what time they would go to Seoul's concert hall. Van Mayer told Stella: "We need to be there at 3 o'clock this afternoon. For the meantime, take a rest and we'll see you later."
It's already time to leave. Stella was already waiting at the ground, ten minutes prior to their scheduled departure. They were assisted by Ken. The concert's venue was just a few meters away from the Diamond Hotel.
They took the private tour bus with complete instruments and materials needed for the concert. On their way to the concert hall, Adelbert talked to Stella and coldly said, "As our new assistant, your first mission is to keep us hydrated. You need to provide us some bottled water, put them on the left side corner of the stage."
"Yes boss", said Stella. She quickly responded for she understood her mission as an assistant. She couldn't say no and would not say no. She's thinking that it's better to be in such situation than to marry Kim Jaemin that very day.
They have finally arrived at the venue. Even if Stella was already in a different country, she was still careful about her actions. She wore a face mask before entering the concert hall.
Along the sides of the venue, it's pretty normal to expect many fans waiting outside for a long period of time prior to the concert's schedule.
As Stella saw a lot of people gathered to watch their favorite band, she felt so excited to witness the concert live. Since she's also a fan of the band, she felt very lucky to have an opportunity to be the Chained Harmony's personal assistant.
They were approached by a tall, sophisticated, beautiful young woman while they were entering a secret entrance near the dressing room. The girl smiled and said, "I miss you guys!"
