"What?! South Korea?" Those were the only words Stella were able to manage to say after being shocked.
It took a long time for her to say anything, knowing that South Korea is her fiance's home country.
"You may now start explaining things to us, lady." Van Mayer can't wait to hear her explanation, same thing with the other members. Stella's face turned pale. She sweat a lot as she knew that she's on a hot seat.
"Am I really in South Korea now? I'm in a different country in an instant?" She can't stop repeating asking because she still can't believe it.
She has never been to this country before though she knew someone who is living in South Korea.
"Tell us who you are, where you came from, and why the hell you did sneak into the compartment." Adelbert asked Stella again with a firm tone.
Something crossed Stella's mind. She can't tell them the truth. She knew that the moment they learn about her situation, they will surely force her to go back to Japan or worse, they might directly contact her parents.
She can't afford to go back to her parents. She suddenly spoke and said, "My name is Jean, obviously I'm from Japan. I admit that I am indeed an avid fan of yours. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience I have caused."
Stella was really sincere with what she told them. She was almost teary-eyed as she spoke, but Van Mayer reacted full of doubt and said, "I believe that she's not telling the truth, Al."
Ken, the driver, and also the first person who discovered Stella inside the compartment, arrived and spoke with a worried tone, "Master Adelbert, I'm sorry to interrupt you, but there's a problem."
Everyone's attention suddenly diverted to Ken. "What is it?" Adelbert asked.
Ken nervously reported, "Master, due to the incident earlier, I have decided to double-check all the instruments before we leave. I saw your electric guitar. The handle was torn apart. I'm just worried because tomorrow is the schedule of your show, so we need a replacement."
"Oh great! What a really lucky day!" Yuko Mori said as he took a deep breath.
"Miss Jean, it seems that you are the only person who is responsible for this. You have to pay for what you did." Adelbert said with conviction. He smiled but with sharp eyes looking down at Stella.
"Kring.. kring..." It was Yuko Mori's phone. He picked it up, turned on the loud speaker, and answered, "Hello Laila! Your call is just right on time. What's up?"
Laila said to Yuko, "Inform the team that I'll be there tomorrow morning at 9:00. I can't make tonight. I need to fix something. I'll be on Al's private plane tomorrow. Kindly tell him."
"Okay. Laila, you need to buy a new guitar for Al." Yuko requested.
"Why? What happened?" Laila asked curiously.
"It's a long story, Sis. We'll tell you about it tomorrow. Make sure to grab the same one for Al." Yuko ended the call.
Ken understood that the concern was finally solved through that phone call. He went to the drivers area and said, "We'll be heading now to the Diamond Hotel."
The one who called Yuko was his sister, Laila. Though Laila Mori is Yuko's younger sister, she's the one and only manager of the band. When it comes to work, she's very strict and quite hands on. Most of the time, she acts like an older sister to Yuko.
After the said phone call, the members felt that they were just wasting their time interrogating Stella. They decided to stop the conversation and went to their respective rooms.
Rooms? Yes, half part of the luxurious private tour bus was divided into four private rooms. One for Van, one for Dave, one for Yuko and of course, one for Adelbert. The other half looks like a spacious living room with two long couches on both sides, and a mini bar.
Stella stayed quiet the whole travel time. She hugged her backpack and closed her eyes as she leaned on the couch. She has mixed emotions. In the meantime, she is partly happy and feeling lucky to meet her idols, but sad at the same time because of the complicated situation.
A few hours have passed, Ken announced, "We have safely arrived! Welcome to Diamond Hotel!"
Stella suddenly felt so nervous when she realized that she will be with those guys in a hotel.
