[THIRD POV]

Timeout.

The whistle was blown when Hiroki put his hands up in a 'T' formation. 

As he handed all of the girls water bottles and towels, he can't help but worry.

Everyone, even the Katsu's, were wearing down. It had been a long time since they've played so consecutively like this. 

Everyone had been on the court more than five times; Aikone already only had eight players on the team since they forbade Leiko and Hikari to be on the court. Therefore their options were limited when it came to switching.

But the most affected was (Y/N).

(Y/N)'s biggest fault in volleyball was always her stamina. In normal games in tournaments, she could last two or three sets with the normal switchings. But this match was different. There were five sets and it neither teams showed any mercy for the other.

Currently, they were finishing up their fourth set, the score being 22-20, with Aikone in the lead. They had lost the second and third set, but quickly claimed the first and were about to win the fourth.

"(Y/N)," Madoka says, "We're going to go ahead and use one of the sub-plans, are you fine with that?"

(Y/N) sat down with the water bottle in her hand, staring at the ground as she tries to slow her breathing down. 

"I'm fine with it as long as you guys are." she replied.

Madoka looks at everyone else, who nod in approval. But when looks back at (Y/N), she still had her head down.
