I am back! I guess I should apologize for being missing for so long, I've had quite a few chapters in the works but just  didn't like them enough to post em. I apologize. But here's one that I don't actually mind. I'll try to get the others out sooner or later.

"Where should we start?" Charlie asks softly. I roll my eyes.

"The beginning preferably." He nods opening his mouth to start explaining but is cut off.

"Why don't you start by telling us who Sam is?" Delta poses it as a question but I know that's not what it is.

"How do you know who Sam is?" I shake my head "It doesn't matter, anyways I suggest you shut the fuck up right now or I'll rip your ass as badly as I did to your brother." Delta growls but doesn't answer. "Go on Charlie. Or at least I think your name is Charlie." He smiles tensely at me before beginning.

"You're lying. Funny joke. It's over though. Someone bring the raptors back. Ha. Ha. Almost got me. Nice try." I giggle brushing off my knees as I stands up.

"We aren't joking around here, Mate." Charlie answers remaining sitting on the ground. I ignore his words looking around the cave walls.

"There aren't hidden camera's in here. This isn't some joke." I snort moving away from the walls and towards the exit of the cave. This spurs the men into motion.

"What are you doing?"

"Where do you think you're going?" The responses remind me of the terrible explanation from the raptors.

"I'm going to a damn mental ward. Holy shit, I'm going insane." Echo snorts behind me and I spin around to meet his crystal blue eyes. "oh." Echo purrs quietly, his hand reaching up to brush the hair away from my cheek.

"Mate." He smiles softly staring down at me. A growl breaks whatever fucking moment we were having. Echo whips his head toward Delta snarling softly as I stumble backwards quite a few paces. What the fuck? What the fuck? What the fuck? What is going on? What is wrong with me. What? The? Ever? Living? FUCK?!?! My heart pounds in my chest as I stare silently at the fighting males in front of me.

"So you mean to-- seriously, no joke-- tell me that you all are shape shifting dinosaurs and I'm your mate?" I ask the air. Blue's gaze snaps to me with a chuckle.

"I know it's a lot to take in but we can prove it to you."

"Yeah... sure you can..." I mumble, an array of cracking fills the air around us and I flip around to watch Echo's body start to morph. It takes on a new shape, height not growing but legs extending out backwards, before the raptor I worked with for many weeks before takes his place.   "I- what? How did you-... What the fuck?! How-i'm- okay then..." I drag out

Blue chuckles over my shoulders, hand coming to rest around my waist. "Believe us now?" He asks softly. His breath tickles my ear, tingles running down my spine, I almost forget to answer.

"I'm starting to." My words come out breathy, as if I had just run a mile. I can feel his warmth flowing off of him, my gut wanting to stand closer, to incase myself in them.

"Now can you answer who Sam is, love?" Delta's words are softer now, not wanting to pull me out of whatever the fuck is going on with me. Though his tone doesn't work. I'm instantly snapped into reality, my body jerking out of Blue's grip and much further away from the raptor/men/things.

"How do you know Sam?" I ask my posture tensing. Blue stares at Delta with devilish eyes and I wrap my arms back around myself trying to warm myself up as much as Blue did.

Blue's POV

Mate was finally opening up. Accepting me. She was so close, I could hear her breaths. My heart pounded in my chest at the thoughts. She was so close. I just wanted to hold her for longer. My eyes narrow at Delta. His stupid question ruined everything. He ruined everything. I hated it. I hated him. I wanted to snarl. To lash out. To destroy all of my brothers so Mate would only be mine. I hear a shuttered breath. Mate. My attention turned turned back to her, my stomach aching in want and need as she wraps her arms around herself.

She looks so small. So editable. Her body shakes with chills. She needs me. Needs my warmth. Mate was cold and wanted me. I knew she did. But of course, my brother prevented it. Prevented Mate from getting what she needed. It was his fault. My heart lurches in anger.

"How do you know about Sam?" Mate's voice shakes over her words, thoughts jumbled and rushed. Worried. It draws my attention away from my brother and toward Sam. Why was he so important? Did she care more about him then us?

"You talk in your sleep." Charlie mumbles scratching the back of his neck. "And you were talking about him when you woke up." Mate's eyes flash in acknowledgement.

"Sam is none of your business. He is mine to protect and that's all you need to know. He's my brother." I can feel the way the air around us sags in relief. My heart lift. "You won't go near him." Mate's protective stance startle us, Charlie leans forward to whisper.

"Mate's protective Omegian instincts are strong. I wouldn't push her on this. We need to show her that we are worthy mates and that we'd never hurt her nor her pup. Otherwise this will go no where." Charlie's words make sense. He was always the more analytic of the group, prefer to be quiet and watching before taking action. It was appreciated during the times in which the pack fought.
