Waking Up

So because I'm going out of town and I feel terrible for leaving you guys on a cliff hanger Also because I feel particularly bad about only updating with 3 chapters, I decided at 11 o'clock at night to update. Hurray for me... I'm so tired but gotta do what you gotta do. I'll sleep when I'm dead. Or when I pass out. Anyways enough of my rambling, I hope you enjoy this randomly written chapter.

Mate's lips capture my attention so much so, I almost miss her next words. "Sam." My heart stutters to a stop as she whispers another man's name. I jump at Charlie's roar and again as Blue punches the cave's wall. Anger pinches my gut as I stare Mate down. Her body shifts in response to all of our anger and I exhale deeply before a thought hits me. I breathe in fast taking in lungfuls of Mate's soft scent. Her feminine air wraps my head in a fog almost making me forget what my mission was. I sort through her scent look for a male scent twisted into hers. Only vaguely I can smell another male but it's light so I know it's nothing serious that she is claimed. Relief fills my veins and a look around my brothers I realized they haven't come to the same conclusion I have.

"Also, Mate and I are going to have a long discussion on who the fuck Sam is." I agree.

Keres's POV

A large feeling of anger and dread stirs me awake. My muscle scream in protest as I roll over to the other side of my bed. Agony creeps up my neck as I realize just how hard my bed had become during the night. I rub my eyes sitting up with a groan.

"Ugh, Sam. What time is it?" I roll my fingers over my temples. "I had the weirdest fucking dream. The damn raptor's transformed into humans." I snorted at the idea of what I had dreamed up. "Well, first they kidnapped me and then brought me to a cave, and transformed into really stunning men." Sam doesn't respond. I assume he's intertwined in a game on the TV, judging by the sounds of purring filling the room. "God even my dreams are telling me to get laid." The purring stops. I yawn again, this time peeling open my eyes to find myself facing out of a cave. "Well, shit." 

Chuckles fill the cold space and my eyes widen as I begin to turn to look at the attractive men in my dream. "Oh." I scramble back towards the wall.

"I'm afraid we aren't a dream. But we can help with your "getting laid" problem." The man I thought to be Delta announces. I gape open-mouthed. 

"Close your mouth, sweetheart, or I'll fill it."  Blue murmurs bending down next to where I was pressed against the cold stone. His finger taps against my chin and my jaws shut with a clink. "Now, can we explain everything without you passing out again?" He asks mindlessly playing with my hair. I jerk my head away from him, my eyes filling with fury. Blue growls lowly as I remove myself from his grasps standing far away from them. 

"I think you better stay away from me until you give me a good reason not to kick all of your asses." I snarl at them, eyeing the exit to the cave. Charlie plants himself in front of it probably assuming my goal. I knew if I could get far enough into the forest, I could find a camera and call for help. 

"Easy there, princess. We'll explain as soon as you settle down." Echo attempts to soothe taking a slow step towards me. I take another back bumping again into the cave wall. Echo takes another step forward and I throw out an arm to stop him. 

"Quit moving!" I yell. His stride freezes halfway before he backtracks with a whine. "Explain. Now." Blue growls. 

"Watch your tone." He answers. My eyes narrow at him. Delta, Charlie, and Echo suck in breaths backing up a few strides. 

"What did you just say to me?" My tone, cold. Blue's eyes flash with regret and anger. 

"Watch your damn tone. And remember your place." My fist clench at my sides. A boiling pit of fury rolls in my stomach and I take a step towards the asshole. 

"I suggest you shut your fucking mouth right now or I'll make it so you can't open it anymore. You brought me here against my will. Threatened my friend and now you're telling me to watch my place and my tone. Listen here, buddy boy. If either you or your packmates don't sit down and start explaining what the fuck is going on, right fucking now. I will march out of that damn entrance and you will never see me again." My tone is quiet with anger. Blue's mouth is zipped shut and with a disgruntled look my way, he sits down. Delta follows silently along with Charlie. Echo gapes his eyes shining brightly. He also quickly plops down once he realizes my gaze was set on him. I nod once all of us are comfortable. 

"Where should we start?" Charlie asks softly. I roll my eyes.

"The beginning preferably." He nods opening his mouth to start explaining but is cut off.

"Why don't you start by telling us who Sam is?" Delta poses it as a question but I know that's not what it is. 

"How do you know who Sam is?" I shake my head "It doesn't matter, anyways I suggest you shut the fuck up right now or I'll rip your ass as badly as I did to your brother." Delta growls but doesn't answer. "Go on Charlie. Or at least I think your name is Charlie." He smiles tensely at me before beginning.

Did I just include another slight cliff hanger in this chapter...? yeah. Damn. Now I really should write another chapter so you aren't waiting on me but it's literally almost 12. Ughhhh we'll see if I do. Anyways, this chapter has 1027 words. and I'm signing out here.
