Name: Trafalgar D Water Law
Background:
He was brought here at the age of 16 and the guy was messed up. His hometown was destroyed by a major Sea King attack. Even when the monster was killed it leaked radiation like crazy and killed off everyone except him. He was traumatized. When we found the kid he was deep in the black market, buying and selling Sea King body parts to make money. Earned the nickname, surgeon of death.
Skill Set:
When it comes to the anatomy of a Sea King or human, Law is the guy you want to talk to. With all the black market deals he's made the guy knows more about them than some of our top scientists.
In fights, he likes to end things quickly. He's very logical about his approach and doesn't like to mess around. Aims for critical areas so that he doesn't have to put too much effort in.
Behavior:
The guy is antisocial. His only interactions are probably with the straw hat kid, but other than that, he doesn't talk to anybody else. He's known for starting fights with his snarky comments but will never throw the first punch. The brat is smart like that.
He only takes orders from people he respects... he doesn't respect many people...

Name: Monkey D Luffy
Background:
Luffy was transferred here by recommendation, though we were never told who his supporter was. His past was pretty average like most of the guys here. He lived on the streets with his brothers and. Caused a lot of fights. As he grew up his name became more known and his brothers applied to SKDD leaving him to fend for himself and he did. One of his brothers went MIA but the eldest is a fully trained fighter in another division. He's become one of Luffy's major role models.
Skill Set:
For a little guy, he's super strong. Definitely knows how to throw a punch and can take quite a few too. His flexibility is unmatched, but he's mainly known for his speed and stamina. Luffy's Broken every speed record there is to break and makes it look easy.
The guy isn't smart but his simplicity is refreshing and definitely gives you a new perspective. His opinion may be of some use.
Behavior:
Luffy gets along well with others as long as your interesting. Very trusting and definitely speaks his mind. His loyalty is unwavering but struggles with listening to orders he doesn't like, which sometimes causes problems. Strawhat only starts fights for three major reasons.
-When food is involved
-If someone hurts his 'friends' and they ask for help
-If someone touches his 'treasure' necklace.
If any of these things occur, his easygoing personality does a complete 180 and it's not a pretty sight. However, his most fearsome feature, without a shadow of a doubt... is his appetite.

Name: Eustass Kid
Background:
Was brought here at the age of 16 and didn't settle well with anyone. Raised in an aftermath city (A city destroyed by a Sea king) he learned how to fight and fend for himself on the streets. Often found in broken vehicles and old tech stores trying to build weapons from broken parts and digital boards, which he later used in his food heists or street fights. This resulted in innocent bystanders getting hurt as well. Soon he became too much of a hazard to the locals so SKDD had no choice but to take him into the training program.
Skill Set:
If you need to use your hands for something then the Kid can probably do it. In his time here we have confiscated the following items which he has made from the objects around him.
-(14) Knives (all kinds)
-(2) Knuckle braces
-(7) Small smoke bombs
-(5) Small hand grenades
Combat wise, Kidis one of our strongest candidates and best close combat fighters. The guy loves getting his hands dirty and will make sure to beat you to the point you never even dream of facing him again. Tends to use the things around him when he fights which results in a lot of cost damages, but he gets the job done.
Behavior:
Kid's temper has become problematic for most higher-ups, very few can deal with him when he goes on a rampage. He tends to lash out and destroy whatever's nearby. His impulsive nature, arrogant style of thinking and violent tendencies mean he doesn't have any good relationships among colleagues unless you count straw hat pestering him on many different occasions.
Orders aren't always taken well when it clashes with his own views. Furthermore, the person he takes orders from must hold some sort of respect for him. If these two requirements aren't fulfilled than he resorts to violence or intimidation.

You slid the sheets across the desk towards the flamboyant lieutenant and waited patiently for his response.
"...No...Pick someone else..."
"Lieutenant this isn't for debate! Our agreement was I get to choose who will pilot my designs and I choose them. They have my approval and I refuse to choose anyone else!" You stubbornly insisted.
"No" he scowled. "How could you pick the worst trainees from the whole of SKDD! Each one is completely unqualified, and you want to place the future of the world in their hands?!"
"They are qualified, they just haven't been placed in the right situation yet" you argued.
"What about that Bellamy guy? Or someone from the Hancock's division? At least they can follow orders" Doflamingo suggested.
"They have integrity but these three have all that and more! I don't want puppets working my machines, I want people." You placed your hands on the papers you had just read from.
"This isn't a game little Rose, we're fighting a war"
"I know that better than anyone! That's why it has to be them!"
An uncomfortable silence rested in the room as the lieutenant scowled behind his shades. You were taking a huge gamble and he wasn't impressed or convinced.
"...If they screw this up, it'll be on your head, SKDD won't protect you..." Doflamingo stood slowly; the sound of his chair scraping the floor was almost unbearable.
"I know..." you glared back with just as much ferocity. "But they won't fail, I won't give them the opportunity to"
