Scarlett's POV

  Six years ago

"Scar how is that sexy Greek god of yours" Samantha asks holding a pair of shoes

"He has been behaving weirdly lately ever since he lost his job and it's tiring,I try my best to support him but he just ignore me"I sighed dejectedly "He is supposed to talk to me but when he comes home,he does not not say a word to me,if I try talking to him he just ignores me"

"He will come around Scar,he loves you"she grins mischievously,"I have an idea,why don't you wear a sexy clothes and seduce him"

"You are crazy Sam, now forget about me and let's get you ready for your date."she squeals excitedly and starts trying on her dress."Once Cameron sees you he will be speechless."she blushes,"Thanks for helping me out now you need to go home and seduce your husband, release your inner tiger,he won't be able to keep his hand off of you."

The first thing I smelled when I entered the house was alcohol,i knew something was wrong because Mason does not drink,I walked into the house and saw bottles scattered around him.

"Mason what the hell is wrong with you,what have you done." I asked

"Letty is that you,wh-where the h-he'll have you b-been,y-you have been g-gone f-for five h-hours I missed you."he slurred.

"I can't believe my eyes right now,you are drunk,you need to get your ass to the bathroom and take care of yourself"He walks up to me and grabs my hand hard."Mason you are hurting me,let go of my hand."

"You haven't answered my fucking questions,where the hell have you been?you went to see another man right I am going to kill you."He sneers in my face.

  "Mason what has gotten into you,you are behaving insane,you are hurting me, please let go of me."

"You little bitch,how dare you talk to me like that,I will show you your place"He grabs my face and delivers a blow on my jaw instantly setting it ablaze then he throws me on the floor and kicks me hard on my stomach.

"Mason am sorry." I whimper and block my face from all his blows and kicks."Don't fucking leave this house again do you hear me,if you do you will regret it."He hit me for the last time and leaves me crying on the floor.

I woke up the next day feeling pain on my face and body,I slept the previous day praying that it was all a nightmare and it would all disappear when I woke up but I was disappointed when the pains in my body was a reminder of what happened.

"Cupcake"Mason appears in my line of view,I whimper and crawl back in fear.

"Cupcake I am so sorry,I don't know what came over me,I am so sorry,please forgive me, I love you"he comes closer to me and hugs me,he lifts me up and takes me to our bedroom."I will be right back let me get you something for the pains."He leaves me and comes back after a minute."Cupcake have this it will help you,I will make breakfast,go and bath and I will bring your breakfast to you. I love you."

I walked to the bathroom and stripped and looked at myself in the mirror,there were bruises all over my body.

Once the shower was hot enough for my liking. I stepped inside and winced,the water touching me caused pain to ignite on my body. Tears pricked my eyes as the memories from last night came rushing up, I broke down in the bathroom,I couldn't stop the tears from falling until Mason knocked the door. "I will be out in a jiffy."I shout to him*okay your food is on the bed,I have somewhere to be,I love you"
"I love you to"I say halfheartedly. "Take care of yourself,I will be back"I don't leave the bathroom till I hear the door indicating that he has left.
