   A few hours later, the nurse came in to check his vitals. "Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you!" "Oh, that's fine." "Do you need anything?" She asked. "No ma'am! Thank you though." I grabbed my phone off the table beside me. Brooklyn messaged me. 'James called and told us about Bennett! We're here if you need us to come up there! You asleep?' 'Wide awake now.' I replied. 'We'll come up there first thing in the morning!' 'Sounds good.' I replied. Brooklyn then FaceTimed me. I grabbed my headphones off the table, and plugged them in. "Hey." "Hey! Awe look at that baby asleep. Poor thing!" "Poor thing doesn't feel good." "He was just fine earlier. What happened?" Chelsea asked.
"I'm not sure. He was eating fine and everything before y'all left. After y'all left we put the kids to sleep and me and him were doing our thing. He started crying, we went in there and he was running fever." "Awe. Did y'all at least finish?" Brooklyn asked. "Yeah. I feel bad cause I told James I'd check on him after we got done." "Grace!" "Y'all just don't even know. In a way I'm glad we finished, but I feel bad cause now we're in the hospital with a sick baby." "Yeah." "Poor thing hasn't eaten since I fed him when y'all were there." "Awe. Well aunt B and Chels are coming up there tomorrow!" "Hopefully he'll be feeling a little bit better." "Yeah. Well we'll let you go, so you can get some sleep." "Okay." "We love y'all!" "We love y'all too!" I replied. I hung up the phone, then went back to sleep.
   When the sun finally came up, Bennett woke up, which woke me up. Brooklyn, and Chelsea walked in the door. "Good morning sunshine." "Y'all are up here early." I said while rubbing my eyes. "How's Bennett?" Brooklyn asked. "I'm not sure we just woke up." I looked at Bennett, and he was looking a lot better than last night. "Hey mommas sweet boy." I said while gently rubbing his head. I felt his tummy growl. "He's hungry. I wonder if he'll eat." "Try it." I latched Bennett on. He started eating a little bit. "He's not eating like he used to, but at least he's eating." I said while rubbing his cheek.
   "He's done eating. I'm just going to rock him." I unlatched Bennett, and began to rock him. Someone knocked on the door, so Chelsea opened it. It was Mrs Susan and Nicole. "Hey my baby!" I said to Nicole. "Hey momma." She came and gave me a hug. "Where's your dad?" "He took the kids to the park." "Okay." "Hows Bennett?" Mrs Susan asked. "He's feeling a little bit better. His fever went down too." "Good!" "Well me and Chelsea are about to go home." "Alright. Thanks for coming." "Anytime!" They kissed Nicole, then left.
   "Do you need anything?" Mrs Susan asked. "Other than a bath, I'm good." "Do you want me to get James to come up here so you can go take one?" "No I'm good. I'll take one when we get home. They should be discharging us today." "Okay then! We're going to go run a few errands." "Alright. Y'all be careful." I mentioned. "Yes ma'am." Nicole replied. "I love y'all!" "Love you too momma."
   Mrs Susan and Nicole left. I grabbed my phone, and texted Brooke. 'No baby yet?' 'Girl me and Jason has went at it three times since I've left your house and still no baby!' 'We know Jason isn't complaining.' 'He's loving every minute of it while I'm over here trying to make this baby come out!' 'That's usually how it goes lol.' I mentioned. 'I do have a question.' 'What's that?' I replied. 'Do you want to be in the room when I do have him?' 'I will if you want me to!' 'I figured since you have six kids you'd be there to help lol.' 'Of course!' 'Thanks!' 'You're welcome!'
The doctor walked in, "Well, ive got some medicine for him! He's eaten, and he's gotten plenty of fluid. He's still feeling bad, but that's understandable since he has a kidney infection! So y'all are free to go home!" "Thank you!" "If anything changes, bring him back." "Yes sir, thank you!" I put Bennett in the car seat, and covered him up with his blanket. I grabbed my stuff, and walked into the waiting room. I called James, and told him, and he was already in the parking lot about to come in. We got loaded into the car, and went home.
We got inside, and I put Bennett in the play pen in my bathroom. "James I'm going to go take a bath." "The kids are walking to moms. Can I join?" "I'm not having sex." "I didn't say you had to." "Fine." We climbed into the bath, I leaned back on James. "I'm sorry you had to stay at the hospital." "It's part of being a mom. I'll do anything for my babies." James started breathing on my neck, then began to leave a trail of kisses on my neck. I leaned my head back, "mmm." "You ready to go to the bed?" "James. I'm taking a bath, now be quiet." "James." "Yes?" He asked. "Get that under control." "You know you want it." James replied. "I'm about to go get in the tub upstairs." James got out, and was drying off.
