Chapter 9

(⚠Grammer and Spelling Mistakes⚠)

I skip downstairs following Koda after he told me Tyler was here.

"So baby bear, do you just mess with clothes or you cook too?" I ask him

"Koda," he corrects

"Baby bear," I persist

He sighs shaking his head, "Yeah, I cook too, but I just love looking at Alpha's boxers," he says the end sarcastically

"Of course you do," I nudge him

"I'm not gay," he tells me, "But, the other guys who work here said I have to do it since I'm the youngest. I bet they regret that now since some of them are paying me to do the laundry," he shakes his head

"Why?" I ask him as we go down the stairs

"Well because there are female undergarments now," he tells me

"Oh," I nod with a snort, as we reach the bottom of the stairs and I see Damien and Tyler talking

"I'll catch you later, Luna," Koda says

"Its Summer," I tell him

"Aw, I feel so special," he places a hand over his heart

I roll my eyes as he chuckles when we part ways with a two fingered salute.

I walk over to my mate and his beta, "Good for you to finally join the party, Summer," Damien says

"I know this bitch did not just," I mumble to myself, "Yeah, you know I was just being dragged into bed by an oaf for almost 20 minutes and then it invaded my space as I tried to get ready," I roll my eyes at my mate and watch Tyler stifle his laughter

"I would live to meet this oaf who is stealing my mate from me," Damien says pretending to Look around

"Its okay, just find a mirror," I pat his shoulder

He growls as Tyler fails to stifle his laughter and let's out a short chuckle which was silenced by a stern look from his Alpha.

"I guess we should get going," Tyler tells me and I nod

"Bye Alpha, I hope you find that oaf soon," I say as I follow Tyler out who laughs while I hear a growl from my mate

We step outside and I inhale the humid air, loving the outdoors.

Tyler leads me over to the training grounds and we watch the future guatds train.

"You know how to fight?" Tyler asks me

"Oh, no," I lie

Being a fox my senses were even better than a wolves giving me an easy advantage besides my strength, where I could easily beat one of their lower guards but once I learned to pack a punch and a few blows, I could easily beat all of their guards based on them training.

I watch them fight and the way the do it and inhale the outdoors loving being outside.

"Oi, Beta Tyler, is that your mate?!" One of the guards called making me realize they stopped fighting, "You've got a beauty!" He calls again making me smile as I shake my head

"Actually, this is Alpha's mate!" Tyler calls back and I wave my hand to them

"Imagine the pups!" One of them calls making them all gush as I let out a giggle

Tyler grabs my hand leading me to the training grounds' door and we enter.

They all look at me before getting on one knee and saying 'Luna' in unison making my eyes bulge out of eyes at the sight in front of me.

"Oh, you guys don't have to do that," I say

They all look up at me and I move my hand in a movement for them to get up. They slowly get up surprised.

"You think she'll make Alpha nicer?" One of then asks the rest

They all shrug mumbling their own answers.

"What's your name?" One asks

"Oh, my name is Summer Eve. I was Alpha princess of the East Wing pack that claimed the new land," I tell them

"So your brother is Hunter Eve?" One of them asks me

I nod, "That's him,"

"You guys are so...different," Tyler says

"He acts like he doesn't give fuck, but when it comes to a lot of things, he gives way too many," I tell then with a shudder

They all laugh before Tyler and I say bye before going to look around the rest of the pack.

We ran into a few females and males who were happy to meet me and also kneeled in front of me as I had to correct them.

"Would you like to meet the elders?" Tyler asks me

"Oh, yes please," I say widening my eyes with excitement

We come across a house big enough for about 10 people before entering. There were all of the elders sitting in the living room laughing as they watched something on the T.V.

They consisted of 5 females and 5 males, but one male caught my eye. Actually, we both caught each other's eyes and scent.
