~(Y/n) POV~

"Why do I have to go to high school? Everyone there will just want to be my friend because I'm the son of the number one heroes and will think that I've got dough and just hang out with me to buy useless s***." 14 year old, Akai grumbles as I brush his messy (h/c) hair.
"Because you may be smart and have a strong quirk, but you still need to learn things. And I've taught you long enough that don't buy other people stuff or they'll get clingy and will use you."
"I learned that the hard way. One bucket of chicken and your mother just couldn't leave me alone." Keigo interrupts me as he walks in with a smirk and I roll my eyes playfully.
"If I remember correctly I bought you a bucket of chicken and you wouldn't leave me alone afterward." I state and he laughs lightly.
"Can we fly there?" Akai asks, breaking our conversation, as he looks at us with an amused smile.
"Sure. It's been a little bit since we all took a fly together." Is say with a smile as Keigo tosses a blue backpack to Akai who catches it with a few floating red feathers.
"You excited to be going to UA little red?" Keigo asks as he bumps shoulders with our son.
"Yeah, it'll be cool. I'm glad I don't have to do the hero course. I've had too much hero drama in my life and I'm not even one myself." Akai says with a small laugh and I gently sigh.
There was a few years ago when I died again because I was literally torched to a crisp thanks to Dabi because I pushed Keigo out of the way. Luckily they were able to get basically all of my ashes and put them in an urn. It killed me after I came back because I missed three years of Akai's life and Keigo had to care for him by himself. I felt bad because how do you explain to an 11 year old that his mother can come back from the dead but no one else can?
     "You're worrying. What's wrong?" Keigo asks and I sigh.
     "Just thinking." I state and he lightly laughs at me.
     "Don't over think too much. I know how bad you can get." Keigo states and I nod at him as I grab my keys.
     "Mom! Dad! You two are so slooow! Can we go now?" Akai says as he swings his book bag side to side, boredly.
"Sure." I say with a smile as I follow him out the door with Keigo close behind me.
"LAST ONE TO UA IS A ROTTEN EGG!" Akai yells with a smile as he races to the open staircase before jumping off the railing and quickly darting away.
"He takes after you on the energy." I state with a small laugh as I quickly follow after Akai.
"I love these two goofballs." I faintly hear Keigo say before he flies after us.
"Sorry, little red, but momma's gotta win." I say with a smile as I quickly outfly Akai before landing I front of the gates to UA and I jump as I do a small victory punch to the air as Akai lands a little winded.
"What were you saying about winning?" I turn with a disappointed look as I see Keigo leaning against the gate.
"What!? NO! HOW'D YOU BEAT ME!?" I exclaim to him as he walks over to me with a grin on his face.
"Aw don't be mad at me, mommy.~ You can punish me later if you want.~" Keigo whispers the last part to me and my wings get blue from embarrassment.
"If you guys are going to have sex talk don't do it infront of my new school." Akai says as he gives us both a deadpanned look.
"Red's right. You're grown adults and this is a place with children."
"That's something strange coming from a former R-Rated pro hero." I reply with a small smirk as I see my best friend walking up and I quickly go and hug her.
"Uncle Hizashi!" Akai shouts with a smile as he quickly flies over to the loud blond and they start to chat rather loudly.
"I see who's still his favorite." Shota and Nemuri say at the same time as they look at the blond and the (h/c) haired boy.
"How's the classes looking so far?" I ask with a small smile and they nod.
"The new hero class seems hopeful. I'm not pushing my luck though." Shota says and I lightly laugh at his antics.
"The art class has quite a few new students." Nemuri says and I nod my head at her with a smile.
"That's good. I hope it—AKAI COME BACK HERE AND TELL ME GOODBYE BEFORE YOU GO TO SCHOOL, YOU FEATHERED PIPSQUEAK!" I exclaim as I see my son try and enter the huge school.
"MOOOOOM!" He whines as he glides back over and quickly gives me a hug and kiss to my forehead before walking over to Keigo and giving him a hug and then they bump wings.
"Have a good day at school, little red." Keigo states with a smile as he looks at Akai.
"Have a good day at work. Don't get killed." Akai says as he looks between me and Keigo.
"We won't. Don't misbehave or I'll come here personally and embarrass you." I state with a smile and Akai groans dramatically.
"I won't. Love you both." Akai says with a small wave and smile before he walks towards the school and enters.
"Please watch him." I say as I turn my head to look at my three friends who nod with smiles.
"He's a mini you. We just better hope UA's ready for him." Hizashi says with a teasing smile and I lightly roll my eyes but mine and Keigo's phones start to ring.
"Duty calls." We both say before we shoot into the sky, heading to take down a villain.
