Torn Between Two (Only SHORT chapters!)

Can could only stare at her.

What did she just say?

He must have heard her wrong?

And if he had heard it right, why didn't it........scare him?

Sanem felt his eyes on her and could only stare back at him.

It was up to him now to ask her what he wanted to know 

and if she could answer him, she still didn't know until he'd asked.

"Sanem, what,......what did you just say?

"I said, my hair, it's because.....I'm not only human"

While she said that to him, her hair shifted but still embraced her 

and when he looked into her eyes 

he saw now that soft glow he had seen before.

And yet again, he was not scared.

Why was he not scared and then it hit him,

he was not scared of her, whatever she told him now, 

whatever she was, it didn't matter, 

the only thing what did scare him was losing her.

"What do you mean, not only human?"

When he saw anew that soft glow in her eyes 

he knew it was what he had been thinking all along.

"You are a magical being, aren't you?"

Sanem was surprised that Can was reasonably calm 

after her statement and that he hadn't raised his voice to her 

or was pacing around, had run away from her, attacked her.

All the things she could come up with what someone would do 

if they heard that the person opposite from them says, 

"I'm not only human"

And that he actually managed to ask a question.

Magical being, is that how he sees me?

thinks of me?

"Because Sanem, you must know how crazy this may sounds, 

I thought already that you were something magical" 

Can started to stutter.

"I,.....I,.... find you magical, even if you might be 

not really magical, for me you are"

What am I saying?

What am I blabbering?

I'm really losing my mind and guess what.....I don't care!

This time it was Sanem who stared at him.
