Chapter 51

When I woke up the next morning, Josh had his arms around me, holding me on top of him. My head was dug into the side of his neck so I kissed it.

"Good morning my queen." Josh said in his croaky morning voice. I smiled and said "good morning my king." We both laughed.

"Lemme get your pills princess." Josh said while setting me down on the bed and getting up. I smiled and watched as josh went into my bathroom and got the small pull bottle. He took out the pill, filled a small cup of water and cane back to me.

"Your adorable baby." I said as josh handed me the pill and water. He laughed and said "well, I know if I had to either take a pill or have a horrible headache.. I'd go with the pill." I laughed and took the pill.

Almost right after, my bedroom door swung open and everyone came in. I don't know why they're here this early but I can't leave so I don't really care. I sat up in my bed as Charli ran and sat next to me.

"Hey bby! Oh hey Nicole." I giggled and noticed Charli was talking about Baxter. I forgot no one has seen him since the summer. Everyone pet Baxter and said hello. Baxter acted as if they never left, he was just a happy little, well big, puppy.

I noticed Jaden wasn't there with them which kinda worried me. "Where's jay..?" I asked looking around. Anthony looked away so I said "ant. Spill it." Anthony sighed and said "doing something stupid." I looked u around and said "stupid like something I used to do or stupid as in beating someone up.."

"Beating someone up stupid. Josh you might wanna check on him actually.. he's going after your dad." Charli said while looking down. My eyes went wide and I turned to josh. He looked worried so I said "Josh go find him. I'm ok here." He looked at me and said "are you sure?"

I nodded. "I have everyone else here. If something happens we will call.. but Jaden needs your help right now." Josh nodded and got up, changed into a fresh outfit and left to find Jaden. Charli and Dixie sat next to me while everyone sat around the room just waiting.

~joshs pov~
Once I left Nicole's room, I went downstairs about to leave when I heard my name. "Josh where you going?" Tayler asked while looking over. I guess he was on the couch.

"Jadens about to do something stupid alone so I'm going to go help him.. Nicole told me to go." I said. Tayler looked confused so I added on "he's going to find my dad and hurt him. If he's alone anything could happen.. so I'm going to help him so there's less of a chance he's hurt." Tayler just nodded and I left, calling Jaden.

J- Jaden where are you.
Ja- outside of your house.. your dads car is here..
J- I-it is..?! Don't do anything yet, I'm coming.
Ja- ok but if you take long I'm going in.
J- ok ok, I just got in the van and I'm driving there.
Ja- ok but hurry your ass up.
J- Jaden I know. you said that already.

By the time I hung the phone up, I was outside of my house. Sure enough, an angry Jaden was outside along with my dads car. I noticed it was different.. but the same license plate. It's the van.. the black van that followed Nik.

Now I'm even more angry then I was before. "Josh stop staring and come on!" Jaden said knocking on the window. I nodded and we both went towards my house. Before we went in, I peeked into the window and saw my dad sitting on the couch.

I looked at Jaden and he nodded his head, so I opened the door. I went in first, Jaden behind me. "Josh? Your supposed to be at school! And Jaden?" He was trying to act normal.. something he normally did when I had friends over.

"Cut the shit David." Jaden said while crossing his arms. My dad didn't look very happy. "So what are you guys doing here? Visiting?" He asked with a grin.

I rolled my eyes and said "you know exactly why we are here da- you know what.. I'm not calling you dad anymore." My dad looked angry. A level of anger I've never seen before. "Josh. I told you what would happen if I ever saw her again. She just so happened to be there when me and a friend where doing our nightly drive."

Jaden couldn't hold his anger in any longer. Neither can I. Jaden ran at my dad and tackled him to the ground. I joined him and we both beat him up.

This continued for a while. Me and Jaden took a couple of hits from my dad but finally, he wasn't strong enough to fight back so we stepped away. My dad just laughed.

"I can't believe you two are here fighting me over that fucking slut." He said while lifting his head slightly. I slowly walked over to him, grabbed him by his shirt, punched him in the face, and dropped him again. I guess it was so hard that it knocked him out.. good. Fucking asshole..

"Dude call the cops so they can come get him." I said to Jaden. He nodded and took out his phone, calling the police.

911- 911 what's your emergency?
Ja- hi um we have David Richards here, the one who jumped Nicole hall.. he is wanted.
911- ok and your location?
Ja- *joshs address*
911- ok we are sending officers now.
Ja- ok thanks.

After a few minutes, we heard the sirens and the door open. Two police officers cane in, took my dad, and left. I watched as they took him away and went to the van with Jaden.

We drove back to Nicole's house, our faces bruised and bloody, fists bloody, and still angry. We walked into the house and Tayler looked at us concerned. "What the hell happened?!"

"Look we're fine. He's finally in jail and away from all of us." I said while going to the stairs and going to Nicole's room. Jaden followed behind me as I opened her bedroom door.

~Nicole's pov~
My bedroom door opened and Josh and Jaden were there. They looked horrible, bloody and bruised everywhere. "W-what-.." I started to say but was cut off my jaden. "We are fine. He's gone, we just need to find the other guy." I just nodded and they went and cleaned up their blood quickly.

It wasn't too bad so once they came back, I got hugs. Jaden seemed way more calm and relaxed then these past two days. He pulled away from the hug and then josh hugged me. He Lifted Me up and sat me down on his lap. I just smiled and we all just hungout in my room all day, then accidentally fell asleep onto of eachother.

A/n: sport for not updating these past 2 days! I had to go to my brothers baseball games and I didn't have time to update !!
