the sets for each solo shoot were unreal. they were different for each of the models, perfect for showing off the new fits each changed into and of course, seungcheol was exactic to shoot each of their photos for the shoot. it was as if the director knew exactly how to capture each's vibe and made the sets based off of them.wonwoo, the quieter model of the three, had on a black flowly shirt with white outlines that looked very much like flowers. his jeans were black to match his outfit, and the set fit his look perfectly. there was a platform right at the center where it was covered with sand and some scattered sand piles. a couple of feet above this was a huge piece of lighting with flowers and plants hanging upside down on it. the photographer was mesmerized by the beautiful set the staff had worked so hard to put together.
for the set that was jeonghan's, there was a cream colored backdrop with velvety curtains in rose quartz and serenity. the floor was thrown pilows to capture a soft yet simple type of concept, very accurate way to portray the outfit the angelic-like male had changed into. he had on a suit with a light shade of pink with embroidery and different patterns on in a light shade. to complete the look, he had on a white graphic tee underneath, and on the left side of the suit, a flower in a hot pink color. saying he was stunning was an understatement.
and of course, joshua's set was different in terms of the concept, but had it's own hidden beauty that should definitely be appreciated. his set wasn't as extravagant yet the white walls and floor were covered with broken vases and statues scattered across it. joshua had come in with a see though embroided white long sleeve, on top was a black sleeveless top. he wore plain black jeans, and on his left cheek were small flowers at least four inches tall, taped on with bandages. it was the perfect way to show a completely different perspective of spring.
each shoot was unique for seungcheol, for the first two sets, he made the boys have more poses where they were unright and standing rather than down. then when it came to his gentle friend, the photographer made sure he was laying on his side or sitting to capture the objects laying.
by the time 2 hours passed, the male had taken seven to eight photos of each model. all of them approving every singel photo he took, even mingyu was impressed with how well they all came out. and neither could seungcheol, for now he just felt thankful and chose to believe the advanced technology he was around did most of the work.
the time on seungcheol's phone read 5:38 pm in the dimly lit space of the buiding. at that point, seungcheol had changed back to the comfort of his hoodie, and gave one of the stylists the outfit back. he sat in the dressing room in front of the giant window, staring down at the traffic and the tiny people passing by the building. he was very satisfied with the outcome of his work that day, everything seemed to come out perfectly.
sadly, he couldn't celebrate later that day with mingyu since he had to go study for one of his tests. instead, the photographer waited for the models to come out so he could spend the rest of the day with them as always. he was unsure if wonwoo had already left to be with the tall puppy so he sat in silence.
faint laughing and rustling could be heard from inside the dressing room to the right of him. of course, he could tell exactly who was in there from the recognizable voices. he wasn't surprised they shared a changing room from the roommate thing, but they were a lot closer than he thought.
maybe they did go way back, but despite how close they were, they always made others feel included. as seungcheol stared through the glass, he saw his reflection through it's shiny and transparent wall. with the camera around his neck, he turned it on and snapped a photo of his reflection with the horizon of the city blurred out. the sun now pink made the scene even more beautiful, who knew a spontaneous photo would've made the end of his day all the more better.
all the stylists had left or were in the duo's room so the photographer sat in the room in silence. occasionally brushing his straight, black hair from his eyes and fidgeting with the straps on his camera. he loved the quiet of his small room and spaced out while staring off into the distance. the male didn't even notice the duo watching the male.
the roommates watched the silent boy watch the mesmerizing view in front of him. the sun slowly falling behind the tallest buildings and creating an array of warm colors across the sky. with the light going through the glass, it shined onto seungcheol's dark eyes, creating sparkles that glowed and brighted his calm look. the two felt hypnotized by his beauty, the little things he did always made him shine the brightest.
giving him a couple minutes, jeonghan lightly knocked on the door to let him know they were present. when the boy turned around, he saw the two holding a small cake with the words "congratulations" written in cursive. a small gesture they had put a lot of thought into to celebrate their favorite photographer's first shoot and the success from it.
it was a round cake with cherrys decorating the top's perimeter. the dessert wasn't grand or extravagant, but it was the quickest thing the two males could get within the half an hour they had left before they would leave.
seungcheol walked up to them with a huge smile on his face, his eyes forming into small cresents with a sweet smile plastered. the boy was given the cake while joshua lit up the small candle placed perfectly at the center. with the precious gift in his hands jeonghan and joshua took pictures of their beloved friend, cherishing the memory of the time the boy smiled as brightly as a galaxy.
balancing the cake with one hand, the black haired male pulled the camera off of his neck. he handed joshua the cake for a split second to turn on the camera and faced it at them, holding the camera on the opposite side of which the other was holding it on.
"cheol, are you going to take a photo?" the angelic-like male asked, going in between them to get closer to the device.
seungcheol gave a small nod and stared into the lense, "this camera needs our memories too, right? might as well start now, and you all better smile" he spoke.
and of course, they were quick to obey the adorable boy's wishes and capturing a funny yet beautiful sequence of their small event. the photographer slowly letting his camera be filled with more than one piece of art, but making sure to include the most stunning ones of all, the boys he was in love with.
