"How about this one?" Octavia asks me, holding up a green dress. It's barely a dress, more like a long shirt. It's been three weeks since the wedding, and now there's this big party going on. Apparently everyone's going. So, Octavia's making me go.

"Octavia, you can wear a dress, but I'm going to stick with what I'm wearing." I say, gesturing to my outfit. It consists of black jeans, a blue tank top, and a black cardigan. I don't even want to go.

"Ugh! Fine." She says, rolling her eyes. She's wearing a barely-a-dress, that just go to her mid thighs. It's the same colour as her eyes, a dark blue. "Come on, we're going to be late."

"Will Bellamy even let us go?" I ask. With what Octavia's wearing, I doubt it.

She smirks, and shouts from the living room to Bellamy and Clarke's room. "Bell! Me and Ally are going to Sophie's for a sleepover!"

"Who's Sophie?!" Bellamy shouts back.

"A friend from school!" I shout. "See you tommorow!"

We're about to walk out the door, when Clarke comes into the living room. "You're going to a party, aren't you." She says, smiling.

"Um......" Octavia says, gritting her teeth.

"Go." Clarke says. "Just be back at ten tomorrow morning. I'll tell Bellamy that you two are going to whoever the hell Sophie is."

"Thanks, sis!" I say, leaving the house.

"Wait!" She calls after me. I turn around, just fast enough to catch keys. "Take my car. Just don't touch the Jeep." Clarke says with a smile.

"Thank you," I say, and get in the car.

Octavia sits in the passenger seat, and I drive to the party. After about ten minutes of driving, we arrive at a mansion blasting music.

"Woah." I say. The house is probabaly half the size of our school, with colourful lights shining from every window.

"Yeah, Murphy-" Octavia starts, but I yell at her.

"Murphy?! You didn't tell me this was his party! You know I hate him!" I yell, putting a palm to my forehead.

"I knew you wouldn't come if I told you it was his party. You'll be fine, come on." Octavia smiles, pulling me out of the car.

I lock the car, and we head inside the mansion. I open the huge door, and there has to be at least three hundred people inside. Octavia, why did you have to bring me?

I spot Jasper and Monty, drinking. Of course they are. I turn to talk to Octavia, but I see her headed in the opposite direction with Lincoln. Alright, I guess Jasper and Monty it is.

"Hey." I say, laughing when I find out that Monty's drunk.

"Hey!" Monty yells, but I can barely notice with all the music going on. The song blasting through the speakers is Shut Up And Dance With Me by Walk The Moon. Perfect choice, considering everybody seems to love it.

Jasper's drinking out of a red cup, and he offers me some, but I turn up my nose at it. "I have to be a wonderful designated driver tonight." I say. I don't really, I'm sure Octavia's responsible, but I'm not going to drink here. At all.

"I see." Jasper says, putting his signature goggles that were once over his eyes, on his forehead. "Who's with you?"

"Octavia." I reply. I see Jasper scanning the room for her. "She went off with Lincoln." Jasper's face drops, but only for a second.

Then the best thing in the world happens. Murphy comes over to us. Yay! Ugh. I swear if he tries to touch me I will-

"Hey, how's it going?" Murphy asks touching my shoulder. I shrug his hand off.

"Well,  it was going good-" Jasper elbows me in the ribs before I can say anymore.

Jasper turns to talk to Monty, and, just my luck, Murphy turns to talk to me. "How 'bout you come with me?" He says, grabbing my wrist.

"How 'bout I stay here?" I say, yanking my wrist back.

He just grabs my wrist again, and starts dragging me over somewhere. I grab Jasper's shirt and tug it lightly, just so that he can turn around and see where I'm going, or being dragged to. And that would be a quiet corner. Lovely.

"Murphy, if you touch me, you're dead." I say.

"No brother to protect you now, is there?" Murphy says, slamming me against the wall.

"I can protect myself." I say through gritted teeth, kicking him. He releases me, and I try run away from him, but he pulls me back by my hair.

"I'm sure you can." He says sarcastically, and he punches me in the face.

If I was a bomb, Murphy just set me off. I punch him straight back, and he lets go of my hair. I debate whether to just leave it at that, and go back to Jasper and Monty before it gets any worse, and I'm about to do that, when Murphy kicks the back of my knee, and causes me to fall down. He sits on top of me, and punches me again. Ok, guess I'm staying to fight. I punch him square in the jaw, trying to get him off of me. Instead, I get punched-again.

My fist curls, and is ready to give another blow, but before I can deliver the punch, someone pulls him off of me, and someone grabs me beneath my shoulders and pulls me up. I look to see who it is. Jasper.  I wipe my newly discovered bleeding lip, and walk with Jasper outside the mansion and onto the steps.

"You ok?" He asks me.

"Fine, fine." In truth, my knuckles are mostly split, and my jaw aches. But, I'll be fine. "I should call Octavia and get going."

So that's what I do. Ten minutes later, Octavia exits the mansion doors, and raises her eyebrows and smiles at me and Jasper. I just roll my eyes, and wave bye to Jasper as me and Octavia get in the car.

"Holy crap! What happened to your face?!" She asks me when we're in the car.

"Oh, um, me and Murphy got in a little fight." I say, smiling.

I drive to a hotel. "What are we doing here?" Octavia asks me.

"We're meant to be sleeping over at Sophie's, right? So, we're going to have a slumber party here!" I say.

We exit the car, get checked into the hotel, and once we get to the room, we order a lot of ice cream and a movie on the tv. I wonder what I'm going to tell Bellamy and Clarke when they find out I was in a fight. Maybe they won't.
