CURSED : The Blue Eyed Maiden [ BTS FF ]

Chapter 9

Namjoon's POV 

" What is it ?" Jungkook asked making me sigh and sit next to him , " Hyung.....are you still mad that I didn't consulted anything to you before taking the decisions ?" He asked making me nod looking away , he smiled flashing his bunny teeth and wrapped arms around my shoulder , back hugging me . " Hyung....whatever I did....was for the benefit of Mesmeria ....with him by our side , we can predict our enemy's next steps and defeat them easily , you should trust my words at least ." 

" I do....I do trust your words your majesty but I'm not trusting him , I'll keep an eye on him . By the way the pawn his on his way to the rook ....are you okay with it ?" I asked eyeing him while making him look at the sky with a soft smile . " I wanted him to directly grip on the knight tho ." 

" Aha....that's your wrong thought hyung ." He turned letting me go , making me tilt my head and look at him with my questioning eyes . " What I mean is....Hurrying a game will only turn to your loss , move in silence .." He stared directly in my eyes with a smirk , " And speak only when it's time to say checkmate ." 

" What do you mean ?" 

" The game, the much slower it goes , the much harder it looks , first our pawns tackled their pawns ....next rook...then the knights ....then...the King and when the time will come....automatically I'll have my Queen ." A soft smirk appeared on his lips as he smiled and started painting something .

He always tried to paint the woman he saw in his dreams but  failed each& every time , It's 8 years already but in his dream he just saw her back while she's running away from someone , her angelic voice and her blue eyes . Jungkook always believed that there's someone called blue eyed maiden but to me it's all myth . 

" You still believe in her ?"

" Mhm....I believe ....I feel there's some connections between us , I can sense how she feels in my dreams . I know no one will believe me but I know you will ." No Jungkook....I don't . " Besides I'll wait for her .....no matter how long it takes , I'll wait for her ." 

" But what if it's all stories from old grandmas and there's nothin such as blue eyed maiden , what if you have to wait more than 100 years ? Will you wait ? Won't your believe shatter ? Will you still think there's something called blue eyed maiden ? Who'll help us to conquer over Elaria ? Hah....bullshit . There's nothin like that your majesty , It's just a fairy tale ." I scoffed looking at the half painted canvas .

" Different people have different opinions , different thinking....but still they all know that there's such thing , that's why they throw opinions about it , yah....Kim Namjoon....you also once believed it ? But you got impatient , you got tired of waiting for the so called maiden .....but here..." He placed his hand on my chest , making me look at him shocked , " You still....somewhere hoping her to show up , don't you ?" 

I bit my lower lips looking away , who don't want her to show up ? Yes Jungkook is right ...I wanna go back from where I am ....Sercaria ......to my grandma ....I miss that old lady ...to my younger sister ...who knows how's she ? I just wanna remove the borders between two kingdoms and go to them , but my duties are my first priority . My family split when the lands divided into two kingdoms . 

Everyone hopes for her but is she even that powerful to change everything ? Will she be able to stop both the brothers and bring us back our Kingdom....Algaria ? 

Author's POV 

" Uhh...WHAT??"

" Yes you heard it right ? But what it can be ?" The Sercarian prime minister pondered while eyeing the sheet . " This is not some normal riddle I ever heard .....uhh..." He sighed . " What can be seen once in a minute , twice in a moment and never in a thousand years ? What is it ? Rainbow ? Nah.....Wolves ?"

" You all are wasting times on this riddles , that girl is just playing around us ." The blue haired general groaned eyeing the courtroom . The  ministers were busy thinking about the answer while the King was absent , Yoongi sighed heavily and made his way out of the courtroom to search Taehyung . 

" Where are you going Yoongi-ssi ?" Someone asked making him stop and look at the voice owner , the 18 year old asked while eyeing the Sercarian general . " I heard everyone in the court is solving some riddles , aren't you interested in that ?" 

" No your highness , my job is to protect the Kingdom and the citizens not solve riddles and waste time ." He deadpanned at the little prince , bowing a little before walking away making the little boy smile and walk off towards the south east side of the palace .

Ara's POV

I smiled closing my eyes as Sogum slowly moved her hands among my hair , I was having a headache earlier but now after this massage , I was feeling better . In past Yoona always helped me in oiling my hair , she was the one who always said that this was the best way to relax and now ....I miss her . Where is she ? Where's others ? 

But why Taehyung is here? If Taehyung is here ....will others be here too ? Am I expecting a lot ? I always thought time travel was bothersome but now I miss how I was , I wanna go back the way I was ....but I can't go until I get the antidot of the disease spreading , Oh Ri is in danger , It'll slowly spread and no one will survive , I should do whatever the old oracle asked me to do , but I don't have any idea why I'm here .....

I was in deep thought when Sogum's voice snapped me out , " Young miss before I explain you about your past years here , I wanna know one thing ...." Sogum asked making me blink and nod in response .

" You.....you were blind and dumb but after that day you ran away ....how you started talking and also acting normal ? Your mother always hid you coz you were mentally retarded , what magic healed you ? Are you really the blue eyed maiden ?" She smiled making me frown and stare at her with straight face .

Why I'm so clueless about this body's past life ? What shall I answer ? Who's blue eyed maiden ? What's going on ?

When this gonna end ? When I'll return back to my land , my world , when this adventure will end ?

I'm tired . I'm tired of being someone else ......I'm tired of my destiny .
