Chapter 17

Author's POV

Jimin sighed as he walked into his room. He gazed at his own reflection and made faces . He turned and ruffled his soft hair to see someone standing behind him at the doorsteps. " Yah Park Jimin? What's wrong with you?" She giggled walking inside .

" Noona? Why are you here?" He plopped on his bed and looked at the older female with a soft smile on his lips . " I guess you cooked something delicious once again ? Ahhh I can really eat a ton of your handmade food . What is it for today's menu~"

" Nothing special , it's noodles with beef in it , I know how much you like meat . I saved extra meat for you ." She smiled placing the bowl on the mat .

" Wahhhhh .....I'm so hungry. " Jimin took the chopsticks and flashed a warm smile at his noona . " My younger brother loves like these noodles too , my hyung is really choosy when it comes to food ." Jimin smiled while blowing at the noodles .

" You really miss your family , don't you?" She patted his head making him chew slowly while humming in answer. Jimin was kicked out of his family when he was 18 , he's father was loyal to the previous King and was the general under him . Once while saving him , he lost his arm and eyes .

Jimin's father was loyal and respectful in whole Sercaria , after he became disable , he lost his position but the King was kind enough to pay the compensation fee and take Hyungsik in his army to serve for nation instead of him. Jimin was too young so the eldest son went to serve the nation .

Jimin never told why he was kicked out of his family , some said it was because of his affair , some said because he was a spoiled brat and some said that Jimin was illegitimate son of old general Park .

" I do miss them but I can't go back .....not when I'm someone really different from them ." Jimin smiled painfully and looked out of the window. Yoona , who was Jimin's neighbor and worked as a secret spy in Sercarian palace , sighed .

" You need someone in your life , Jimin . You are at an age when you should get someone by your side to help you , to support you and when you get sad , you can lay your head on her shoulder and cry. Don't you want someone to love you ?" She smiled changing the topic casually .

Jimin choked on his food and looked up at Yoona who blinked and shrugged . " I mean ....if you are interested in any maid from Royal palace or from any brothel ~ you know the dancers in Blossom brothel is so pretty . But if you are interested in guys-"

" NO NOONA I LIKE GIRLS !! ONLY GIRLS !!" Jimin covered his face blushing making the older female giggle. " But I don't think anyone would like me , besides I'm not interested to get in some courtship. My life is busy and risky ." He slurped down the noodles . " I don't want anyone noona . I'm happy like this ."

Yoona shook her head and got up . " Oneday ..... oneday you'll fall for someone Park Jimin , love doesn't thinks of consequences , it just happens . Oneday you'll find your true love. There must be some princess waiting for our prince charming . Hahahaha ." She laughed while walking out of the room leaving Jimin in flustered state .
