(Y/N)'s POV-

I woke up still thinking about the phone call with Ani. Was that all a dream? I rubbed my eyes after my deep beauty sleep. Then a notification came in my phone. It was from Ani. It was not a dream!! 

"Hey... i feel very bad about Harish's love life and you guys getting tortured by that lady. If only there is something i can do to help you? Maybe if u dont have a plan, we can make one. Friends?😊"- that was the message. The smiley at the end made me visualize his extreamly adorable smile. "Ok friends!😁😁" i sent back. I started dancing happily. Cant call it dance because i was just jumping and waving my hands here and there. 

After all the 'getting ready' routine, i walked to the busstop. The bus came as usual. Sanvi was already sitting at our usual seat. As our stop was at the starting of the bus ride, the arent any crowd when we enter. So its easy to get a seat. But getting off is the hardest! Once it was soo criwded i couldnt breathe! We got out of the bus and saw my slipper was missing!! It must have fallen in that busy bus. 

Sanvi- "Hey! What will you do now?"

(Y/N)- "I'll just remove the other one and walk. I dont have money to buy a new one now." 

Sanvi- "Oh ok... My mobike balance finished yesterday. Wait here, i will recharge it and come."

(Y/N)- " Ok. Come fast. Or we will be late."

Sanvi walked into the mobile shop right beside the busstop. I was standing alone there. O one else was there. I sensed someone was staring at me. But i didnt bother to look. Suddenly someone held my hand. I opened my mouth to scream. He shut my mouth. "(Y/N)!! Its me!!"he said and removed tge towel tied around his mouth. It was ANIRUDH! I finally caught hold of my breath.

Anirudh's POV- 

I shouldnt have just held her hand like that. She got really scared. I didnt want any people to recognise me, thats why i was covering my face like this. 

(Y/N)- "Oh my god Ani!! U scared the hell out of me!! Why did u cover ur face like a goon? I was gonna use my pepper spary on u. Thank god it didnt come out quickly or u must have been in the police station!" She scolded me. Of course i deserve it for scaring her.

Ani-"I didnt want anyone to know its me. Hey... i have a plan to break Harish and Sne- i mean Caesy up."

(Y/N)- " Really??!! What is it?"

Ani- "Ill tell you, tomorrow 4pm, CafècakeBee. (A/N- not an ad.)I wont be able to talk today, i will have some relatives over. Ok?"

(Y/N)- "Ya. OK!"she agreed

I really wanted to make it today itself but some relatives i dont know that even exist is coming over today. So i have to be home. Then there was pindrop silence out there. Dont know why. I was searching for something to say while looking down, then only i realized, (y/n) isnt wearing any shoes. 

Ani-"Hey.. why arent u wearing any shoes?"

(Y/N)-"Oh that.. the bus was so busy it took one of my slippers with it."she said and laughed. 

Ani -"Why dont u buy another pair?"

(Y/N)-"I dont have enough money."

I never knew a middle class girl would face so many problems. I couldnt just let her walk barefoot all along. She could get hurt if there are any prickly things on the ground.

Ani- " Come, i will buy u a pair of slippers."

(Y/N)- "Oh no please." 

Ani- "If u deny, i will also not wear any slippers."i said and removed my shoes. 

(Y/N)- "Why Ani? If there are any thorn or anything u could get hurt!"

Ani -"So will you. Please, let me buy u shoes. Im requesting!"

She laughed and agreed knowing she wont win the arguement. We entered a shoe shop right behind the bus stop. There, she walked around looked at each and every type of shoes. And my god! This is the first time i stayed this long  to buy something in a shop. Now i understand why dudes dont like the idea of going shopping with their gfs. Wait.gf? I mean it would be the same if with sister or friend or mother. Urghh... no..no..no...

"Ani what's wrong? Why are u shaking ur head?"(Y/N) asked snapping me out of my thoughts.

I didnt realise i was really shaking my head. "Uh nothing."i said. She showed me a pair of simple slippers with a black base and two pinkstraps to hook in her fingers. She took 1 hour to select this? Idk, why girls are so confusing. 

(Y/N)'s POV-

I couldnt select. There are soo many of soo many veraities. Im so confused. I selected a simple pair of slippers which i think is kinda cute. I turned to tell Ani i selected one. He was just shaking his head. "Ani whats wrong? Why are you shaking ur head?"i asked. "Uh nothing." He said. I showed him the slippers and he gave a pissedoff expression. I raised my eyebrows in a questioning manner.

"I cant beleive you took 1 hour to select and u chose this simple one. Come let me pay. "Ani said. Ok he is pissed. Wait 1 hour? Oh no im late! 

"Oh no! Im late!!!"i screamed. His eyes grew large, maybe because of my loud scream. "Wear this and go. Sorry u r late because of me."he apologized. "No no. I took too long to decide byee!!"i said as i wore the slippers and ran outside the shop.
