Chapter 18

Y/N's POV- 

I got up from my bed, brushed and went to the hall. Appa and Nith were busy getting ready for office/school. In that chaos, Nith found out that i wasnt involed in it like usual. "Oi akka! Why arent you getting ready? Did that pressurecooker fire you or something?"Nith said and chuckled. 

(Y/N)-"Today i will go to meet Nelson sir. So, i took a leave."

Nith- "Oh! Can i come too?!"

Amma- "(shouts from the kitchen) What about your school?"

Nith- "It is only today ma!"

Amma- "(brings appa and Nith's tiffin boxes) you have already took many holidays because of your fake stomach ache. I wont let you take another leave."

Nith rolled his eyes and took the tiffin and left for school. 

Amma- "Mittu.. he said he'll be here by 11nah? Go get ready."

I look at the clock and look at amma , my expression really saying 'whaat?' 

(Y/N)- "Ma.. its only 8am! He said he'll be here by 12... ish..."

Amma- "Anyways, go get ready."

(Y/N)- "But there is still 2 hou- .... you know what? Im not gonna argue, you will win anyway. Im gonna go n take a bath." 

Amma- "I win the arguement because im always right."

(Y/N)- "(mumbles) No..Thats because i give in in the fear of getting beaten."

Amma- "What was that?"

(Y/N)-"Nothiiingg..."

I slowly took a bath, beacuse if i made it fast, i will have to sit with my nice outfit, on the sofa, watching tv, for 1 hour. So,its better i get dressed up really slowly, in such a way, all this process leads up till 11o'clock. I took this long 30minutes to take a bath. "(Y/N)!! Vathu sapadu!"(come and eat!) Amma screamed from the kitchen. "Vareenn!!"(comiing!!)i screamed back. I was just ironing my kurthi. After 2 minutes she again screamed- "(y/n)!! How many times should i call you? Come fast, or you will go with an empty stomach!!" "Vareen!!"i again screamed. After ironing the kurti, i got out of the room. 

Amma- "How many times i have been calling you? U could have at keast answrred!"

(Y/N)- "But i did. Its not my fault you didnt hear it."

Amma- "You could have said louder."she said and gave me a plate of dosa.

(Y/N)- "(murmurs) can hear me talking under my breath but cant hear me screaming my lungs out." (A/N- #basedonatruestory)

Amma- "what?"

(Y/N)- "Chutney."

She served me some chutney and continued her chores. I ate dosa watching movies on suntv. I then went and changed into the kurti.

And as i thought, i still have a lot of time. I continued watching the film. Finally its 11:30 and as he said, he is here to pick me up. He got out of the car and waved at me. "Ma... Ani is here! Im going! Bye!"i told ma and took my sling bag. She followed me till the door. Ani saw my amma at the door and greeted her- "Hi aunty." She waved back and said "Kanna.. this time, try to bring her home earier." "Ok aunty... is 6'oclock fine?"Ani asked. She nodded. 

(Y/N)- "So.. polama?" (Shall we go?)

Ani- "Yes..." he  then lead me into the front seat. We waved bye and left. On the way i was struggling to wear the seatbelt. It wont come. Ani saw me playing tug of war with the seatbelt and parked the car aside. "Yesterday Shanky was playing with it and now its stuck. God knows wht he did there. Let me help." Ani said and started pulling the belt with me. As he was trying to help, we got really, reallly close to each other. I guess Ani didnt realize it tho. I started blushing, turning red. Finally! The seatbelt came loose. "Thank god. I thought i will have to replace it."Ani said and attached the belt to the other end  for me and continued driving. I still didnt stop blushing. I can still sense my face is warm. 

Ani- "By the way, you look really pretty today. This top, really suits you.."

Ani said i look pretty!! OMG!!! Yess!!! 

(Y/N)- "Thank you!!"*blushes* 

Ani- "*chuckles* Are you blushing? Or is that extra makeup i see on your face?"

(Y/N)- "W-what im not blushing! And also, i dont use makeup."

Ani- "That's great! Natural beauty!"

I have now again started to blush. 

(Y/N)- "Anii... when will we get there?"

Ani- "We will get there when we will get there."

(Y/N)- *pouts* "Ani seriously..."

Ani- "I also said seriously! We will get there only when we will get there right?"

(Y/N)- "Anii!?" I said a little pissed off.

Ani- *laughs* "In about 10-15 minutes?"

(Y/N)- "Hmm.... By the way, where are we going? Where will i meet Nelson sir?"

Ani- "At Albuquerque."

(Y/N)- "Wait what?!"

Ani- "Ya, at Albuquerque...my studio!"

Once i had told Ani how much i wished to go to his studio and he said he will take me there too. But i never thought i will get a chance so soon. 

(Y/N)- "Nejamaava?"(really?)

Ani- "Aama..."(ya)

I am now at the top of happiness. I cant even explain this feeling. I geel the luckiest in the whole world! I am going on a drive with my crush, to his studio and i have also got a chance to chase my dreams! I mean Ani is helping me too much! Does this mean Sanvi is right? Does Ani really like me?! The rest of the car ride was very fun, we were playing like little kids and i really mean it! We were fighting for no reason and all. But am i forgetting something? I always do this... have a feeling about forgetting something and at last i'd be like- "Oh no! I forgot!!" I started thinking deeply because i dont want it to happen again.

Ani- (Y/N), ennachu?"(what happened?)

(Y/N)- "Nothing..."

Ani- "We have reached! Come..."

I got out of the car with great exitement. I followed Ani up the stairs. He opened the door for me. There were Nelson sir, Shashank and Iyappan.
